What a find! My AC was out out on Saturday evening and Tommy Rizzo called me back at 9am Sunday morning and was at my home at 12:30PM. Great work perfumed with very reasonable pricing. AC up and running 1 hour later. Even better, Tom called my cell in the afternoon just to check and see if all was OK. My kind of guy and company. I will call him again for sure.

Joe came out sooner than I expected when I told him I had no heat. He was a real pro, knew what he was talking about and I had my heat going within an hour or so. He stayed and bled the system a few times, checked for gas leaks and made sure everything was in working order before he left. He even called back after a few hours to check if everything was OK. I took his card to give to my friends if they ever need it. Plus he seemed to be a good guy.

Guy came the same day to give an estimate. Explained everything and worked with our schedule to get the job done. Left everything nice and clean.

Guy and John were super awesome! They came late on Friday night after they finished a job nearby and wound up fixing all of our thermostat wires and zones after giving us a very reasonable estimate. They stayed until midnight and got everything running properly, and John even beat me to telling my fiance, "Happy Birthday" when it struck midnight. I had mentioned when they first showed up it was his birthday the next day, and he was so on top of it. We had a good chuckle and will definitely use Rizzo again!

Great folks. Very customer oriented. They performed an emergency service call in the middle of the night, set a fair price at the beginning of the job and stuck to it. This is a company I would recommend to anyone.

Serviceman was helpful, completed his assignment in prompt professional manner. He also made helpful recommendations regarding achieving greater boiler efficiency for my heating system.

They came New Year’s Eve when we weren’t able to get anyone else to repair the burner. They were prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. They even followed up with a phone call the next day to make sure everything was working properly.
