Vince was terrific. Really good problem solver because this was a difficult job. Chose not to tear down a wall and managed to squeeze behind a wall to replace a pump. Saved us a lot of money.

I cannot say enough good things about J. DEs Plumbing! I had been having problems in my downstairs bathroom for the past year. I hired about 6 other local plumbers; each with a different diagnosis and none of them fixed the issue. I had spent hundreds of dollars and no solution in sight until Vince came to my home. He evaluated my plumbing system and problems very carefully, he asked for a couple of days to think about how to permanently solve my problem instead of immediately snaking the pipes that day and taking my money. Vince consulted with his partner and a couple of other master plumbers and came up with a solution. The plumbing has never worked better than it does right now!!! Besides actually fixing the problem, Vince and Fred are both professional, punctual, and very quick to respond. If I ever have to hire another plumber, I will only hire them, in fact, they are on speed dial.

I had a simple toilet installation. The guys were on time and did a great job! Andrew got the appointment set up and was super awesome!

If you are looking for a handyman or have a faucet leak or maybe change a part then this might work for you. Not worth the $140 per hr I think Home advisor should do a better job by vetting and recommending this type of people to be hired. Most of the so-called pros that home advisor send the links or #s are individuals with cell phones, not a company that you can really trust or even complain about after they take your hard-earned money. My experience with Jdee was horrible will never recommend them (There is only one person running the show (Vincent) he is not even licensed plumber).

Our plumber, Brandon was very knowledgeable and friendly. He fixed a multitude of plumbing problems. He was very thorough and verified everything was properly functioning before he left. He even assisted me with my outside hose that was stuck. I appreciated his service. Thank you!
