Bill took the time and the patience to speak to AOSmith about our water softener and wound up ordering the part which was under our warranty. When part came in he suggested we find someone to install that works on water softeners to save us time and money. He was very nice to work with!

Person arrived with no knowledge of the system after having explained the situation to the booking person. Did not carry a pipe wrench with him, odd for a plumber. Of course, I still had to pay the full amount of the travel fee even though I knew more than they did about the problem.

Fast, Pleasant and courteous

It was over priced almost double as the average price online. When asked about the itemized bill, it was all summed up in one part as labor and parts not itemized. Most importantly, did not fix the issue.
