I had a small asphalt roof repair which Home Evolution responded to by sending their tech Alex to view the repair. He arrived on time and was able to do the repair, took extra time to examine the surrounding shingles and chalked around the chimney all for a very reasonable price. Exceptional service from the time they came to our home. The salesman was knowledgeable, personable and made us feel at ease. We received multiple estimates but went with Home Evolution due to their professionalism, price and overall customer satisfaction reviews. The entire process was made easy by them. They did our entire roof within a day. They completely cleaned up after themselves. Cannot say enough good things about them, no hesitation in referring them.

From the time Home Evolution roofers showed up until the time they left the entire crew worked in a caring & professional manner. There was no damage done to the house due to the workers placing a netting down from the roof line protecting the exterior of the house and, when the old shingles were removed, the shingles landed on large tarps on the ground away from the foundation. It was a very hot day on July 10th in Clifton Park but the heat did not hinder the workers performance in insuring the job was done correctly and all the necessary repairs made. It turns out there were two bad pieces of plywood on the attached garage roof in need of being replaced and a new vent had to be cut into the roof to properly vent the kitchen stove. Additionally, a piece of missing flashing needed to be replaced and a leaking vent was repaired. The supervisor on the job, Vadim, was excellent whom I cannot say enough about. Throughout the entire roof replacement he was there every step of the way and had 'hands-on' to make sure everything was done to my expectations. He was also the last to leave doing one final review of the area and went along the edge where the roof shingles meet the gutters to make sure the gutter caps were put back on correctly and the roofing shingles overlapped the gutter caps correctly. Altogether, the roof looks great and the neighbors are in agreement of a job well done. When they say you get what you pay for, that is definitely the case here between the workmanship and the quality of shingle. This is the forth roof I've had put on a family property and I have never been disappointed with the outcome. The choice my daughter went with concerning the shingle color for her house was 'Driftwood' if anyone is considering a light/medium brownish roof color. I've always been one for the charcoal black colors but the Driftwood matches perfectly with her house so be sure to keep an open mind with the color selection if you are considering a new roof. Home Evolution has an extensive number of pictures of the roofs they have put on so be sure to check one out in person if possible. We did and my daughter and I are not disappointed in our selection of roof color, roofing material and the overall warranty. Joan P.

They took a video of our roof for my review so I could see the necessity of replacing vs. repairing our roof. service was prompt and I was kept aprised throughout the job until the new roof was installed. This company was great to work with. We actually had multiple repair work with the siding being the largest. they gave us a price, showed up when they said they would and were very neat on the worksites, friendly and professional. While price was a little higher than I expected, they are well worth it.

I could not have been more pleased with my roof replacement project. From the very start to the very end, Home Evolution was excellent in all ways. They are professional, courteous, on time, extremely knowledgeable, crew completed job in one day &cleaned up after themselves, and the price was very agreeable. They even returned to refill and seed a tire mark in my lawn that was accidentally made. No complaints at all!

Informed and thorough. They communicated the project schedule and kept to it. Roof install was completed in one day and no damage was done to the property during install. I knocked off 1/2 star as the clean up process left bits of debris behind. Overall experience, however, was quite professional and we would highly recommend.

When we sought quotes on our roof replacement project, Igor from Home Evolution was the only contractor who came to our home and reviewed our roof from the outside and the inside. We hired Home Evolution on the spot. A six-man crew arrived on October 20th, as promised, and replaced the roofs on our home and shed in one day. Russ, the foreman,was on site the entire day and inspected every phase of the project. The crew not only did a great job of installing the roof, they did an exceptional job of cleaning up. Igor and Russ we're a pleasure to work with and the entire process went more smoothly than we had anticipated. Serg informed us of all our options and what to expect every step of the way. He was the most informative of all our choices and gave the best quote and package then the others offered. He explained why it was best to get it all done at the same time. Russ and his crew came on time and got straight to business. They moved my belonging from in front of our home before beginning the project and they completed the entire roof and sunlights in one day as stated. They also did a great clean up job and they also explained the procedures they would be taking which Serg already told us so there were no suprises or cost we didn't know about. Contractor came when he said he would. He actually went into the attic to find the source of the problem. Other contractors kept rescheduling or did not even get on the roof.

Friendly, skilled, organized, efficient, and cost considerably less than others!
