Water heater failed on Fri nite of Memorial Day weekend. Contacted several bigbox providers1st thing Sat AM, and only Sears said they would install that day, so ordered from them. However, no one showed up or contacted me, so I called Sears back early afternoon and was told they NEVER install on weekends. So we went the weekend with no hot water. Monday afternoon (Memorial Day) Ross contacted me as the designated installer for Sears, and said he would be by in a couple days to install. I then explained what had happened, and he came over immediately to survey the situation. Observing that Sears had sold me a tank that could not be installed without expensive major modifications, which he demonstrated to my satisfaction, I cancelled the Sears order, he was at our door with the correct water heater at 8AM the next morning, and by 9:30AM we again had hot water. Throughout he was very professional and easy to communicate with, and we greatly appreciated his exhibiting no hesitation in recognizing and accommodating our emergency.
