Keith promptly scheduled the maintenance, and expeditiously performed the repairs at the mutually agreed upon time. He also saved us over $1,000 by arranging for the town water company to replace the leaking water meter. The town water company had previously told us we were responsible for this, but Keith convinced the town to do it, as the leak was their responsibility.

I had a leak in the wall in my finished basement. After almost 2 weeks using a plumber who never showed up and when he did he put masking tape on the main water pipe going to the cesspool and did not return to do the job. I looked on Angie's List and decided to try JH Moran. I called the number on 11/3 at about 7:30 PM and to my surprise, I received a call at 8 PM from Keith who owns the business. He showed up the next morning at 8 AM (just as he had promised) to see what was going on and it was the best decision I could have made. Keith was going to fix it that day and even left so I could keep my DMV appointment and had me call his cell when I was on my way home so he could meet me. He was courteous, neat, did a great job!! I am so impressed with Keith and I would recommend him to everyone I know. PLEASE do yourself a favor and look no further that JH Moran. This man takes pride in his work and has profession ethics that are rare today.

It went just fine. I didn't think it was going to need a replacement but I bought a new faucet anyway. The old one was all eroded so we replaced the old one. It works great. He did a great job.

I had a pipe burst and Keith came the same day I called . He was a pleasure to work with and his work was excellent. He had me send a picture of the problem so he would have the right parts. He is honest & reliable & knows what he's doing. I was nervous because this was an emergency & I recently had a very bad experience with another plumber. I have no reservations recommending Keith.

The leak was fixed, however he had to come back because it redeveloped again. The 2nd time he did not charge for labor only $30.00 for additional material-pipes. That was very fair. Plumber suggested larger size drain pipes. We agreed and it was useful and stopped water back-up.

Amazing! Called Keith in the a.m. and he showed up promptly a few hours later. What was initially believed to be a simple repair took a little elbow grease and some experience to get the furnace functioning properly. Keith was great! Keith was responsive, prompt and followed up with texted photos to me of the before and after work that he did. the second time he came quickly as I told him the leak was getting worse. He was great with my 95 year old father who likes to "help." I would recommend Keith without hesitation!

Keith is very down to earth. His work is very thorough. He didn't just fixed the leaking part, instead he took off the whole section of the pipe and made sure everything is right, and didn't even charge me for parts. He's also very patient. I had him looked at a bunch of other things, from water filter to shutoff valve. He explained what should be done, and why. I am having him install a shutoff valve as well.

Keith did a great job! Showed up on time, diagnosed the problem and suggested some changes to my outdated water main valves. He completed the work quickly even though there were some minor problems. Left the work area clean and tidy. Very professional.

My husband and I decided to explore installing a water-filtration in our home to ensure that all of water could be as healthful as possible, both drinking and water for bathing/showering. Keith Murray (owner of JH Moran) was recommended to us and did the installation, which took just a few hours. I could immediately taste the difference in our kitchen sink tap - cleaner, crisper and fresher. I also could taste the difference in our ice cubes, which previously had a very chemical taste. Keith was very professional, and after the service sent us a detailed email on care/maintenance for the system which was helpful. Very glad we took this step and now we have peace of mind drinking from the tap, and are also able to avoid costly water delivery service. A+.

I needed a bathroom sink faucet replacement, and I was having issues with my toilet handle. I left a message for one of Angie's recommended plumbers and Keith promptly responded. A date was set and he showed up timely, and was able to take care of replacing the faucet. He also recommended we could pick up the handle for the toilet and easily replace it ourselves to save another service charge!! We did, and it was simple!! Keith could have easily taken advantage of us and he chose the high road. I now have a new plumber I can trust, and will be happy to recommend him to all my friends and Angie's list participants!!

Keith arrived and looked around and said it would take more time to fix faucets than replace, so he replaced them. He also replaced 5 or 6 water shutoffs to toilets and sink faucets. One toilet had its innards replaced and the other just the flapper. He replaced the tub spout. I provided the faucets he used - he provided other parts. He also tightened up a hand held shower head and cleaned the sediment out to improve water pressure. He worked neatly and orderly. He was also punctual.

I called Keith this morning just before 8:00am and I received a return call from him at 9:30am which is very quick (I had been waiting for a call from the plumber that my contractor recommended for three days just to find out he would not be available). Keith made the time to come the same day that I called, which was wonderful. He arrived on time, and the job took him the length of time that he estimated it would. The price was also within the range that we had discussed prior. Keith was pleasant and professional; we had a nice conversation while he worked. He assured me that if I need something adjusted with the work he did that he would come back and take care of it at no charge. I don't expect to need to have him come back for any adjustments, but it is very good to know that he stands by his work and I can trust him. I would reach out to him again the next time I need plumbing services. Now I just need to be patient for a few more days until the electrician can come to finish up with the dishwasher, but at least for now I have a working sink in the kitchen. I am thrilled! Thank you Keith!!

Keith was responsive and showed up on short notice (when others never got back to me) - he quickly assessed the issue, found the leak, stopped the leak and was mindful of the floor and walls (he was clean and used drop cloths and buckets etc). Then he replaced a leaky spigot in the basement. Keith is very professional and i would definitely use him again.

All went well Keith was very professional and estimated the work accurately. He was very diligent and checked up on his work after it was done to ensure we were satisfied. Other company quotes were not even in the ballpark this job. Keith even helped us with some of the smaller work around the house for free. Like tightening a loose kitchen faucet and fixing a small leak in the base of the water heater pressure relief valve.

Dealing with contractors is often times very stressful and something that most people dread. Very rarely is it a positive experience. Well, I can say Keith at JHMoran is an exception. Here are a couple of reasons why I have no hesitation recommending JHMoran for any plumbing services you may need: 1) Communication. He called when he said he would and kept me informed as to when he would be arriving at my house. This is huge! We've all had contractors show up late without any communication. This is not the case with Keith, he is very respective of your time. When he says he'll be there, he'll be there. Bravo! 2) Friendly/Customer Service. I'm an inquisitive person by nature and ask questions. Keith was more than happy to answer each question and advise me on what work should be done and what didn't need to be done. I never felt that he was "pushing" work that wasn't necessary. He was courteous and professional the entire time. 3) Professional/Knowledgeable - he knows his stuff. Keith installed a Pressure Regulating Valve (PRV) and was very outgoing and conversational while he was doing the work. He explained what he was doing as he was doing it and even showed me how to do it myself...should the need arise. He also suggested that I change out my thermal expansion tank on my water heater. Rather than try to up-sell me, he advised me that it easy enough for me to do and walked me through, step-by-step how to swap it out...this is a plumber you can trust. His work was extremely neat and he cleaned up after he was done. 4) Courteous. After he was done with the installation, he asked me to show him my faucets so he can take a look and fix them if anything was wrong with them. He went to a couple of them and cleaned out the aerator's to make sure there wasn't any sediment that would impede the water pressure. I know this is very easy but something that most plumbers wouldn't think to do. They would do the work, get paid and leave. JHMoran is a family business and Keith definitely treats his customers that way. I understand this is a long review but I really want to bring awareness to the level of work that Keith does, as I hold these peer reviews extremely valuable when I make any pruchase decisions. I'm very happy that I took a chance with JHMoran, because I now have a trusted plumber that I will use for all my needs going forward. I have no hesitation about recommending Keith and JHMoran - you'll be happy you did..

I had recently purchased the home. I called JHMoran and Keith came out the same day. He quickly repaired the problem I had called about. He replaced the shower head and the faucet in the bathroom. He also inspected the entire heating and plumbing system as I told him my house was recently purchased. Keith really took the time to explain to me how the various systems in my houses operated and how to maintain them. He really put our family at ease.
