Description of Work: I had no heat and called JHMoran. They came out on time and identified the problem quickly. He had the part on his truck and the heat was back up in an hour. Keith looked over the boiler as well to make sure everything was working well. This is the second time I've used JHMoran and they do great work.

Description of Work: I had called after purchasing a deal online for 2 hours of handyman. I needed my sink reinstalled, had all the parts with me and ready to go. After waiting all day for him to show up late in the afternoon when we agreed on a morning appointment, he told me he couldn't perform the job because I wasn't using his equipment. He said he estimated a 30 minute job would take 3 hours for 300 dollars. After agreeing to perform the service, he said he had to go pick up his kids from camp. 30 minutes after leaving, he sent a text message saying he wasn't going to be able to do the job and to find someone else. This is clearly a case of fraudulent advertising, I will be calling consumer affairs.

+ 0 moreOn one of the coldest days this past winter we woke up to realize that we were without any hot water. My water heater isn’t new so I figured we needed a new one. I called JHMoran and Keith arrived in less than 30 minutes. He soon gave me the news that we didn’t need to spend thousands on a new heater but more like a few hundred on some worn out parts. Ultimately he came in under his original estimate at $135! Not only did he fix the heater but stayed to make sure that we didn't smell any gas and called later that evening to make sure everything was operating as it should. I would not hesitate to recommend this outfit to family and friends. It's great to know I have a plumber I can trust who does excellent work and knows the value of superior service.
Description of Work: JHMoran replaced parts which were no longer functioning correctly in my water heater restoring hot water to our home on a bitterly-cold morning.

Keith showed up and proceeded to replace the water heater in a short amount of time. Fair pricing and very fast service every time. Highly recommended.
