The owner, Chaim is very knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to explain to me my choices of converting furnace/water heater into separate units and what he needed to do with the space I had to do so. He was prompt , installed my tankless water heater in no time and left everything very clean.

We use HomeAdvisor for 4 years with high satisfaction and was connected with PMR Trading. Chaim is grate skilled professional. We find that our heating unit stop responding when we get back from work and call HomeAdvisor at 7PM. Haim return our call in a few minutes. We also ask Chaim to assist with emergency request as we have small kids and in 40 min Chaim arrived. In 20 minutes ha exchange parts, insure us with other maintenance work that unit will work with No issues. He also charge our family with very reasonable not emergency cost.
