LIBERTY WATER & SEWER LLC

This company was the worst. First of all the guy comes to my home complaining from the moment he came to the moment he left because he had a run the hose into my basement window, where he could’ve just came in through the back door he sprayed sewage all over my stuff in the basement, then he proceeded to wipe his dirty hands in my clean laundry, looking for a rag and complaining. I then called the owner of the company to make a complaint and he said for me to call American water resources, and make a complaint there and hung up on me. I would never want these people to step in my home again .. Very rude company from the worker to the owner

One star is way too much for this crooked company. I have a back up in my main sewer line and I called American Water recourses who is my insurance company. They sent out Liberty to come inspect the line. The contractor came into my house and didn’t even follow my husband to the sewer connection. When my husband turned around to see where the contractor went he was taking pictures of the bathroom that’s located next to my laundry room. Mind you this contractor didn’t have a pipe camera just a snake and he took pictures of the top of the sewer connection. He did not snake the sewer line or do any other inspect of the sewer line and he left telling my husband he was going to return. The contractor pulled his car out of my driveway and parked down the block. The contractor never returned needless to say. When I called Liberty to see what the issue was the person who answered the phone said the New York supervisor named Roger from American Water Resources said they have to leave the house and someone from American would contact me to tell me why. Nobody from America Water Resources contacted me. I had to contact American Water Resources and the representative had no ideas what they were talking about. The representative also didn’t know who Roger was. The representative was extremely apologetic for the unprofessional manner in which I was treated. The representative also stated they would never instruct the contractor to leave the premises because they are independent contractors and they operate under their own guidelines. The representative from American Water Recourses stated he would escalate my claim to management and he was also going to find another contractor to come and do the work. I did not give Liberty permission to walk around my basement and take pictures inside my basement, they were there to assess the issues with my sewer line. My husband was texting me while the contractor was there saying he was giving him “creepy vibes” an after all this transpired boy was he correct. I do not recommend anyone to use this company and I am going to recommend that American Water Recourses not use them as a contractor. To be continued.

Can I give this Terrible Comapny a Negative Zero !!!!! Insurance sent them, he opened caps, looked at it, closed caps, took a pic and said the insurance company will call you... I asked what is going on I'm confused, are you not snakeing it out? He said I'm not the chief or the Indian and left just like that... ***?

The company Liberty Water & Sewer, LLC was horrible to deal with. The worker Kenny, who came to our house to assess the situation was friendly and nice. When i called the office I spoke with Bill who was horrible and nasty he transferred me over to another nasty woman. I would never deal with these people again. They repaired a broken water line outside, removed bushes and replanted them in the wrong location. Then they told me they aren't "gardeners" and they never should have replanted them. They offered to come out and remove them from the ground but they wouldn't put them in the correct place. Stay far away from this company. They appear to be pleasant to deal with before they have the business then turn nasty after the job is done.

After being at our home on a Saturday for most of the day the company determined that we had a broken pipe. A 10 foot section of the sewer line was replaced. We are very satisfied with their work.

They were efficient, knew what they were doing, did the job and I have no problem whatsoever. They were really good and I was happy with the price. They're a good resource for replacing pipes.

The crew was fantastic. Really can't say enough of how great Ken and Alex and their crew were. I highly recommend them!!!
