Description of Work: Top notch work, couldn't be better. Arrives on time or earlier, no waiting for an appointment. Cleans up, etc. BUT the prices are out of all reason.

Description of Work: Two visits. First to fix a blocked drain in the upstairs bathroom. Back again, when that bathroom began to leak into the bathroom below. The waste pipes were rotten and clearing the blockage, unfortunately, broke through. Not their fault and both jobs were done extremely well, quickly and efficiently. They are my go-to plumbers.

Description of Work: Unclogged a waste pipe. the clog was situated beyond a right angle bend in the pipe, making it difficult to get the snake through. Nevertheless the workers persisted and eventually were successful. Had they not kept at it I would have faced replacement of a significant length of pipe at considerable cost. I was of course pleased with the result.

Description of Work: They repaired broken pipes and replaced a toilet.

Description of Work: They replaced a hose on a handheld shower faucet. As usual Joe's work was very good, but the price he charged for a simple job like that was exorbitant.

Description of Work: Both the faucets in the kitchen and bathroom where in bad shape. Even though the sinks were old he advised me not to replace the sinks because they were basically in good condition. I felt he gave me good advice. I got the faucet in the kitchen that I wanted. I'm satisfied with the work done.

Description of Work: Our sewer drain backed up into the trap. We called MR. Hlad. He came and looked at the job (no charge) and recommended a first step of snaking the sewer line and recommended another firm that did an excellent job --- but it didn't work. Mr Hlad returned on Friday and from the notes from the snaking company said that the pipe itself was very old and need to be replaced. They came the following Monday and dug out the trap and 25 feet of the pipe; replaced the pipe, the fresh air pipe, and gave us a new shut off valve away from the trap. And prepped the floor for the concrete man---a service they don't do. They finished in 2 days and removed all the old pipes and excess dirt.
