Completely unsatisfactory with the plumber name Steve, never on time, never call to cancel the appointment, given excuses that his worker was sick , meanwhile my general contractor had to wait and cost me money. His estimate was $3.200 , never mentioned that it was going to cost more the bathroom pipes, in his estimate shower head and handheld hose was included, at the end he presented me with a bill of of &6.200 never finished the job, he also asked me to sign a Certificate of Capital Improvements I I have add is was blank the form that signed even though they we’re no taxes in the invoice . At times he was very arrogant when I called him on his cell phone to asked when he was coming, he didn’t want me to ask any questions., maybe because I’m a Woman? I don’t know! Extremely stressful dealing with this people, now I’m left with no shower fixtures because he refuses to come back because of my review. Laura stelter from bay ridge

Water heater replacement was quick and good. Explanation of options for water heater were helpful. Discussion of ongoing drainage problems and options was helpful.

They replaced serious drips. He's even been kind enough to diagnose over the phone and he said to me because I got a drip in the cellar and it was my tenant who had messed around with a valve on the second floor. The water was trickling down and it was pretty serious, it was in January. He said, "they've messed with the valve" because the heat was so strong they turned it off which created a sediment buildup and then the pipe broke. It was interior wall which is super dangerous, I was lucky. There was another time I said there was a drip in the cellar. He said, " would you do me a favor, go up, turn you AC off that's right over the spot. Is that over the spot?", he said. This was on the phone. He didn't charge me for this. He said, "call back in a half hour." I said, "now it's not dripping". You know so he's very smart. They send me a bill. I don't pay them. They send me a bill and they break it down. I said, "do you want the faucet?". Because I know what he'll do, this guy Iafe, he'll take the spare parts, he'll throw them in a room he's got, and then when someone needs something, he'd say, "let me see maybe I got it". Often times he'll just give it to you because like right now he's working on getting me a smaller radiator that will fit. He said, "if I see one", but they're old so you can't get them online. He even told me to put my bathroom sink and stuff online because people are looking for 60's look. What I'm saying is, I argued with him and I said, "it's not fair to say that he took out the faucet." To carry out just a handful of stuff, that's not fair to charge me that. I said, "I could've thrown that out in my garbage can". He said, "OK". I said, "I know you're expensive". He said, "I'm glad to know that". Because he does, he charges top because he is pretty good. For the service, I would grade him at the very top as possible because they're prompt , they get somebody out real quick, you know. If it's a boiler, like during the winter, they'll drop everything to make sure people have heat. Let's just say I have a drip , they'll say can it wait until tomorrow because we are working on a boiler and they care about real emergencies. The pricing is moderate high. The pricing is high but it's worth it because I only have to have a plumber here once. Top quality. I use them only.

They're really really good. They wouldn't do deals for you. They're not cheap but its worth it. I use them only. It was a very fair price. They always have a secretary there and she always makes notes.

I have used this plumber for 10 years. Basically what I got now, It's a digital its the ones you can hook up to air conditioning. you can set a timer on it. He was even kind of enough to put it in the top of the house so I didn't have to go in the cellar. He said this one is for a millionaire. He worked like a dog going up and down trying to find electric to hook up to. And the price was so reasonable. In terms of they're capability and they're licensed and they're knowledge is huge any plumbing needs necessarily. Glorified.

THE WORKERS FOR THIS COMPANY ARE CLEAN AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY USE THEIR WORK TIME EFFECTIVELY. WHEN ALL THE WORK WAS COMPLETE YOU COULD NOT TELL THEY HAD BEEN THERE EXCEPT FOR THE PLUMBING WORKS MUCH BETTER.

I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY A NUMBER OF TIMES. EVERYONE IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD USES THIS PLUMBER. HE HAS GREAT PRICES AND IS VERY PROFESSIONAL, POLITE AND COURTEOUS.

HE DOES FABULOUS WORK. I HAVE USED HIM FOR YEARS AND LOVE THE SERVICE. THE PRICE IS VERY REASONABLE, AND HE GOES OUT OF HIS WAY TO MAKE SURE THE CUSTOMER IS SATISFIED.
