The company was always easy to reach on the phone. The Ceriello employee was helpful, insightful, and friendly from start to finish. He was on time and did the exact work we asked him to complete. No complaints or problems whatsoever, only complements from other tenants in the building. It was a small job, but based on the company's professionalism, I'm about to call them again for installation of pendant lights in our kitchen.

The job went extremely well. Frank the electrician was punctual and worked very quickly. He explained everything to us as he went along. The job was a little tricky, but he had some good solutions. I would definitely use him again!

I'd lost power to some of my outlets and fixtures, and the circuit breaker seemed fine. Frank came out to diagnose, and figured out what the problem was. By process of elimination he found that the problem was buried somewhere in the walls/ceiling. He returned a few days later planning to run a new wire to fix the problem, which would have cost me around $850. Instead, he and a colleague (I'm kicking myself for not remembering his name - began with "A") did more digging and found the bad box in my ceiling. They removed it, replaced wires, and saved me $250 AND they were friendly and answered all of my questions. I'd hire them again in a minute.

They were easy to reach and courteous on the phone. They kept their appointment and called to let me know they were running a little late. The electrician was very nice and tried many different things in order to fit the fixture properly.

Initial confusion about the job. They thought that the call was for no heat. In the end, they did the right thing after coming back a few times.

They were professional from start to finish. Everyone I dealt with in the company was polite and knowledgeable. Installing a ceramics kiln is not an everyday assignment for any electrical company and they made sure they had all the information they needed before beginning, including contacting the kiln manufacturer. A positive experience from start to finish.

Although he arrived a little late, the company did call to let me know that he was on his way. He was very efficient and courteous. The lighting looks good and works well.

The company returned our call quickly and scheduled an appointment to provide an estimate. They showed up for that appointment and started the work exactly when promised. They covered the floors and carpets and were extremely neat. The work was done quickly and efficiently. They were very professional.

They were here 2 days. They were great. Polite and on time. They got the job done.

We couldn't have been more pleased. We were able to get an appointment within just a couple of days of calling and the electrician showed up precisely on time. He was friendly, polite and worked quickly and efficiently. The labor charge of a bit less than $200 per hour for the visit seemed quite reasonable by NYC standards. The charges for parts did not seem to carry much of a mark-up at all. The only complaint was that a second visit was required, because the electrician did not have the dimmer switches on his truck. However, so that I could save money on parts, he did tell me exactly what was needed and encouraged me to buy the parts myself before the next visit. How's that for fair and honest?

Frank did a great job, he worked quickly and was very polite. He gave my husband some advice on a non-related job and will send us an estimate, so we can decide. I have light in my studio and am happy!

They were on-time and very efficient.

They were always on time, called before they left Brooklyn to let you know they were leaving and when they'd arrive, were friendly & courteous and competent. They were reasonably priced. They charge $180 for the 1st hr/$110 per hr after or you can get an estimate in advance and they will guarantee it even if they go over the hours they estimate. Had problem (wasn't their fault) w/ 1 of the light fixtures they installed & they came back & repaired the work and didn't charge us the 1st hour rate, instead started the clock at the 2nd hour rate. The problem has still not been resolved, but they have gone out of their way to continue to try to solve it (in the end it might be a problem with our building being pre-war and way it's wired), but they are remaining diligent about it and are talking to the manufacturer to see if there's anything they can do. They ultimately want to make their customers happy and satisfied and go out of their way to make sure they do. I'd highly recommend.

Ceriello scheduled the job for less than a week from the time I requested it. Workers were on time, polite, & professional. The work required numerous new cables to be run through the walls; holes had to be made in the plaster. I was impressed at the care & precision the workers took to minimize the damage. Neighbors in my apartment building were also impressed by the work. No complaints whatsoever.

THE NEW CEILING FANS IN MY HOME HELP CIRCULATE THE AIR IN THE HOME. THE NEW LIGHTING IN MY HOME BRIGHTENS UP THE ROOMS AND MAKES IT MORE CONVENIENT THAN TURNING ON A LAMP.

I GOT SEVERAL QUOTES, AND I THINK THEY WERE COMPETITIVE. I HAVE RECOMMENDED HIM TO OTHER PEOPLE, AND THEY ALSO FOUND THE PRICES TO BE COMPETITIVE. THEY ARE GENERALLY QUITE GOOD. I WILL CONTINUE TO USE HIM, BECAUSE IT IS HARD TO FIND A GOOD ELECTRICIAN.
