Called company set a date for work to be done, requested Frank, based on positive reviews, that mentioned his name. I was very happy with work done, I give it a five star review, Frank explained everything and addressed all our concerns, very pleased.

They arrived on time, were friendly, cleaned up after themselves, and got the job done quickly.

The whole process went well with Ceriello- from scheduling, estimates, getting necessary documentation for the co-op, and execution. The crew arrived to work on rough electrical, and ran the BX back to the main fuse panel, and were great about explaining what they were doing, and why. As an added bonus, they were even thoughtful enough to leave aside sheetrock plugs for easy patching afterword. I acted as the general contractor, doing most of the work myself, and they were really helpful giving tips on how to prep for The crew was professional, friendly, prompt, and thorough. If you have electrical work to do, I can't recommend them highly enough.

I just bought a new apartment and needed to have 2 TVs hung on my walls and an outlet installed in a closet. I found these guys on Angie's List and thought I'd give them a shot. The electrician who showed up was extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I said I didn't want to spend more then $500 figuring they would end up charging me exactly that, since that was my thresh hold. I was shocked that the final cost came in much less at $360. They did minimal damage to the sheet rock walls when moving the power. Would definitely recommend these guys.

Ceriello was extremely responsive and able to send someone over in a few days. The electrician was friendly, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job. Although he had to create a couple holes in the wall, he kept them as small as possible and cleaned up the entire mess after. He told me approximately what the cost would be before the job began, and the final cost was exactly what he said. I would definitely recommend this company and will call them again next time I have an electrical problem.

It was a pleasure working with this company. Andre was a pleasure to work with he answered my questions and explained everything he was doing. I am so happy that I finally found an electrician that does the job and changes a very fair price.

The entire experience from start to finish was truly terrific! I called late morning to have an electrician come over to (I assumed) simply estimate the cost of doing this work. I was told someone would call me later to schedule an appointment. An hour later, someone did, and she said an electrician was working in our general neighborhood and could come by later that very afternoon. I would've been happy if it were the next week, so this was a great surprise. Frank, then, showed up on time, so everyone involved kept their word, were exceedingly polite and nice to work with, and did their job with the utmost professionalism. The cost was lower than we'd anticipated (especially since another electrician had given us an obviously and absurdly high estimate, which is why we looked for another electrician). We are ecstatic to have found such a wonderful electrician and would heartily employ and recommend Ceriello to anyone.

Excellent work - Frank was helpful and explained everything thoroughly. He was early. I thought that the price was quite reasonable. The electric in a hundred year old house like ours is very difficult to work on and requires a real professional. These folks work on brownstones and are comfortable with the weird wiring that these houses often have. It's great to have light again!

I called to get a quote and had to call again two days later to ask when they were coming. After that, it was seamless. They came to check the job, called that evening with the price and scheduled the work for a couple days later. Their quote was about $75 less than the other company I called. They arrived on time and got right to work. They were there the entire day and, besides taking a brief lunch, worked the entire time and cleaned up well when finished. I was worried that the new fuse box would look horrible (they're electricians, not carpenters), but they installed it flush into the wall and it looks okay. I assume everything was done correctly. I haven't had any problems yet :). The only problem: they initially said they would label the fuse box (front room, bathroom, etc.); however, the guys who were there said that it would take too long and left it. All in all, only a minor complaint. I was happy with their work and their professionalism and would use them again.

Pasquale came to give me an estimate. He was very thorough and took time to explain each step. I suggested they access the circuit breaker through the bedroom closet on the other side of the kitchen wall in order to prevent as much wall damage as possible. The guy who came to do his work was competent enough; he was also pleasant and tidy (as much as he could be after tearing part of my concrete wall out). My complaint is that he did not install a GFI for the dishwasher outlet under the sink. This seems like standard practice these days. In fact, he didn't even install any kind of waterproof or outdoor outlet either. Luckily my husband is pretty handy with wiring. Another complaint is that it is was so dang expensive.

They were prompt and did the job right the first time without a problem. They came out when they said they would and the price I received for their work was a good one. I would recommend them and will use them again.

Ceriello was communicative and prompt. From beginning to end they delivered accurate estimates and were professional and detailed regarding their work. We would recommend them wholeheartedly and will undoubtedly work with them again.

Service was prompt and professional and communication was excellent. The electrician really worked hard to discover the source of problems and correct them. When one issue returned after the electrician left, he came back first thing the next day and resolved the problem.

THEY WERE VERY GOOD, TIMELY, THEY DID THE JOB, AND THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY EVEN SUBMITTED A PROPOSAL WHICH MOST PEOPLE DO NOT DO.

I received an estimate over the phone, and was called back in 24 hours with an appointment time (with only a two hour window, which was great). They arrived a bit early, and when I wasn't home, agreed to wait and didn't charge me extra when I was a few minutes past my start time. They worked quickly and efficiently, and were extremely clean. Once it was installed, they gave me a brief tutorial of how to work the ceiling fan and what type of bulbs to use if they needed replacing.

It was a 1 hour service call. I have used the company for prior electrical needs. Therefore, I requested the a particular electrician from their team as I knew his capabilities. He is very knowledgeable and timely with his work. Compared to other companies, the price was well worth it.

EXCELLENT! One of the best experiences I've had. I called on Monday to ask for an estimate. On Tuesday, Gunther came to my apartment (on time!) to survey the job - replacing my panel box & relocating fuses so that I can run my washing machine & dryer simultaneously, also moving a ceiling box over & installing track lighting in the kitchen. Gunter was intelligent & helpful in answering our questions and recommending a course of action. Quote came in at great price. Workers arrived on Thursday (on time!), they were courteous, and worked quickly & neatly. I couldn't be happier with the experience.

I have mixed feelings over my experience with them. The gentleman that came out to see what all needed to be done was very nice however he forgot to tell me some very pertinent additional pieces were needed. After they came and started the work they had told me this. I was running from hardware store to hardware store looking for the correct pieces but since they are antique lights it was hard to find those pieces. Cerillo ended up having to get the pieces themselves. I did have a really good experience expect for the miscommunication. They were respectful while in my home, nice and very cheerful. I think I would give them another try. I really don't think that grading them on my overall experience, price and quality of work would be a good idea due to this experience. I would have to use them again to find that out.

Starting from the estimate with Tony, Ceriello Electric were professional, courteous, and punctual. They did great work with doing as little damage to the walls as possible. Both men who completed the work, Bolivar and Mike, were a pleasure to have in the house. I will continue to use Ceriello Electric for my electrical needs.

Called and got nice person. Told estimator would call. He did. Arranged for 3 hour window for man to come. Called toward end of the time period to say he was on the way, which he was. Arrived on time. Did job efficiently, charged less than minimum charge of most other electrical companies. I was very pleased with the whole transaction.

Great. The company was contacted easily, an estimate for the work given, an appointment (less than 1 week) scheduled, and the work done. The electrician was prompt, courteous, and the work was professionally done, as requested.

They were friendly and set up an appointment immediately. Frank is an agreeable guy. He appeared with a ladder to work on the ceiling fixture, not a snake to do the outlet job. He wanted to start the ceiling job first. I insisted the outlet be done first. Frank had to make two trips to his truck for the necessary equipment taking time since his truck was not near. He left a third time to purchase an electrical box. Concerned, since their fee is hourly, I spoke to his boss during this period who gave me a fixed price. The bill was not itemized by parts and labor, though the purchased parts were minimal. Ultimately Frank and an assistant took 3 hours to get a new working outlet. The result was quite sloppy. They had to come again to align the new outlet. It was hard to get this second appointment. Though they didn't charge extra, I am less than happy with the result. Within 15 minutes of his leaving the whole plate on the electric box came out of the wall about 1/8 of an inch.

Overall it was a very positive experience. They originally were going to send out someone to quote the job, but when we describe the work they just sent the electrician straight out. He arrived on time and was able to figure out a much better solution to moving our outlet and was able to have the wiring and outlet completely flush. It wasn't cheap, (this was only about a 2 hour job) but the work was done well and everyone we dealt with was professional.

Overall, a very positive experience. The company was responsive when I called. An electrician came the same day. He was very professional and took the time to explain the problems, their likely causes, and possible solutions. The cost was exactly what I'd been quoted on the phone. I will use this company again.
