They were fine. They made a little mistake, I called them back, they apologized and they fixed it! I would definitely hire them again!

It went well. Two calls. The first time two fellows, each did different task & finished to our satisfaction. The second time - one fellow came back and did terrific job.

I did not ask about the ceiling fan when I originally made the appointment. Frank had already brought his ladder down to the truck and he had to go back down to bring it up. He did this graciously and quickly. He fixed the fan in less than 5 minutes.

I called. Got a concerned person who said he would have to move some scheduling around to fit me in. He called back in ten minutes and said someone would be there between 9 and 9:15. 9 o'clock the doorbell rang and 15 minutes later I had my electricity back and could go to work. It could not have gone smoother. They called ConEd as required. Who, of course, haven't come yet (about 12 hours), but my wife called and got another nice person who gave us the number to call to bug ConEd and some advice about what to say.

i asked them to come out to do a clock outlet that would feed off another existing outlet; they came out to, i assumed, give an estimate but instead they assumed they were supposed to do the work; most professional places will give you a free estimate or apply the estimate cost to the job; they charged me $200 just to come out and at frst said they wouldnt apply anything to the job; they gave me a song and dance and said that the job would be complicated and take most of the day and would cost $880. I was pressed for time and finally got them to at least give me $100 towards the job. they actually ended up only taking an hour and a half for the job so it was grossly overpriced. furthermore, i wrote them a check for too much since they didnt credit me the $100 and i havent gotten a refund

They did a good job and we were happy with the service.

They were wonderful - explained everything, punctual, trustworthy. Overall excellent service and we finally have a working light fixture.

It was a great experience. They were professional, reliable, courteous, and realistic about the time and price. The scheduler got me an appt the next day and dealt with the insurance certificate for the building very quickly. The electrician showed up on time, was very nice, fast, and did a great job. I will definitely use them again. We got a quote from another electrician that was 5x more and made it sound like they were building us another apt. Ceriello was realistic about the size of the job and didn't try to rip us off.

Well managed from the beginning with paperwork required by coop board to actual work completion and cleanup.

He came out and he did an excellent job. He was on time and he communicated well with me. The price came lower than that quote. It was raining outside and he made sure the ladder was dry and he made sure that there was no water on my wood floor. There was a little problem with the lighting installation and he resolved the problem and did a great job.

I think that they were very reasonable as far as the price was concerned. They were here about 5 days, so they did not just walk in and walk out. I am extremely happy with the work they did.

The guy did a really good job of installing them. He was very expensive. He did not clean up completely, and was really slow. He did the job to our satisfaction, but way more money than it should be for that job.

The electrician told me that he couldn't do anything at this time and would have to come back. He thought he had solved the problem with the high hat and told me the other problems would take longer to find and fix. He would have to move the ceiling fixture to know what transformer to bring and he wanted to come back and do that. He needed at least two more visits to find out what needed and then to come back and fix the problem. As the hour drew to a close, he began to talk about his family so that when he left he had spent an hour and seven minutes at my house. The company than charged me for two hours of service. They threatened me that they would go to collection so I paid them $90 to get off my back.

They came over for an estimate, and the job was estimated at 2 days. They showed up on time at 9AM the first day and they were done by 4PM, taking a lunch break. They patched, cleaned and they were very careful not to damage anything. Very professional. The only sour spot is that they had me pay the full estimated price even if it took less than half the time they had originally estimated since they were able to add the receptacles without having to notch the whole wall, as originally thought. I would have not cared if they had not come beforehand to do an estimate, but they did, why did the person that came over overestimated the time needed by a factor of 2?

Frank came with another man and was very professional. They charge by the hour (approx $110/hr) and it only took him 2 hours to take the old track down, rewire and hang the new track. They only charged for 1 person also. I would definitely use them again and feel that their price was very reasonable (somebody else had quoted us $1500 for the job!!).

He was held up on another job, but called to let me know (instead of just not showing up) and came over as soon as he was finished. He made quick work of assembling and installing the ceiling fan, making sure that the existing support was strong enough to hold the weight. He ended up using an additional plate as a spacer, which he provided, to allow enough room for the wiring to be safely contained without being pinched dangerously, since there was no room to make the connections in the ceiling. Also, he wired the light to be operated by the existing wall switch and the fan controls to be operated independently, allowing for the possible future installation of a dimmer switch with no additional wiring required in the future! Very clean, courteous, and professional, I would absolutely call again the next time we need anything electrical. I'm very pleased with the work.

This was the first time I had used their services. They were very good. They came on time and everything was done in a half hour. I think the price was reasonable.

Great. He arrived a little early, assembled the fan quickly and correctly, and installed it within the minimum time period as the company said he would. The cost seemed a bit high, but I'm not used to hiring electricians so I don't have a basis for comparison.

Wonderful to deal with. Rudolph rocks! He answered the call, showed up on time and completed the job in record time! Can't beat the price! Highly recommended. Finally found a keeper!

He explained everything that I needed to have done, however it was too expensive to do. He recommended that I just purchase a new one because it would cost the same amount. He did come out promptly. He was very honest and didn't try to sell me something.
