The electrician was friendly, professional, skilled, and did not make a mess. He carefully removed the old fixture and installed the new one. I will use this company again. Highly recommended!

The technician arrived on time and went to work immediatly, he was plesant and professional and suggested an upgrade to the ceiling fan installation that was appropriate and we approved the work. The tech did not make a mess either in my bathroom or my daughter's bedoom where the ceiling fan was installed. I would call Blaze again without hesitation

The worker who was sent was very thorough, easy going and professional.

House had been uninhabited for 2 years and squatted in for 2 years before that. Frank Caporale the same day I called, and did estimate, then a couple of days later sent his worker and a helper who did a lot of work in a short time. The inspector from Con Edison came while they were working and reached an agreement about what exactly had to be done. The inspector from Con Ed said I could get an account with Con Ed the next day and I did. Then one more bit of work had to be done after the inspection, and now we have power! I definitely recommend Blaze Electric.

Steve did the work and he did it quickly and cleanly and he and his assistant were polite and professional

Frank picked the phone and when I asked him to give an appointment, he was outright rude - "we cannot give any appointments in this business". He was unwilling to understand whether you work or not. Best he could do was have a technician call 20 minutes before he arrives at my home! Also he implied many times he had several people waiting for him so say yes or no and move on. I wonder if the cause of his arrogant style is that he attracts plenty of traffic being quite high in Angie's list. I will never contact such a person or business again.

I called him on Monday asking to have my ceiling fan fixed and have the knob replaced. He was very flexible with setting up a time to come, because I told him I prefered Tuesday afternoon. The technician came a bit later than the agreed time, but was able to solve the issue with the ceiling fan. It was something electrical. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again.

This was a great job from the initial phone call until the the minute these guys cleaned up and walked out. Very professional. The owner Frank returned my call within minutes, set up a day for his technician Steve to do a walk through. Steve showed up, did the walk through, assessed the job (which was fairly large) and gave an estimate. Despite the size of the job he said he could get it done in one full day. We set a date and Steve and his crew showed up, worked all day and finished the job by that afternoon. I was very satisfied with the work done and the results looked exactly how he said it would. I have contracted with Blaze again to install a line for a washing machine and electric dryer and a heated bathroom floor.

Had to come back & make a change after the first visit, but work was completed well & timely.

Well I noticed none of my door bells just worked so I searched angles list and found "blaze electronics" so I called set up an appointment and the guy was a lil late but nothing that bothered much so he look and found that my transformer was burnt ouf so went to his truck and he had a new 1 so he proceed to fix the problem than it still didn't work so he checked all the bells and that's was another problem so he changed all three door bells in each apartment and it only about 4 hours and that's impressive since he only came to change the transformer.

It went very well. Blaze was on time, clean, and efficient.

I had just bought a house and was having electrical billing problems because my meters were wired to the panels incorrectly. Frank was punctual, thorough, and professional in diagnosing the problem. I called on a Saturday and we made an appointment for the following Monday. He presented me with a few options, and we decided on the best one together. At no time did I feel pressured; Frank was very good about explaining the work he was proposing. I had to leave town for a week for a planned trip, but when I returned and called Frank, he was able to book me for the very next morning. Keshad was punctual, thorough, and professional in fixing the problem with my panels. He updated the panel schedules after he finished separating out the circuits so I could see where all of the circuits were now. He worked steadily and left no mess for me to clean up. I'm thrilled!

I used Angie's List to identify three electricians with "A" ratings and a history of consistent Angies' List recognition for excellence. I selected FBLAZE because of several reasons: 1) Mike, the installer conducted a thorough assessment of the job, during the 40 minute estimate. to include examination of existing meters; checked connections between basement and first floor; and advised me of each issue or challenge that may or may not surface when the actual work began. 2) Mike spoke with the owner, Frank through out to discuss findings and review options; 3)Within 5 hours I received a PDF proposal outlining the complete project, inclusive of job description, pricing and payment schedule. The job today, right on time. Frank, the owner was there to review the project with me again, deliver the NYC Permit, answer my questions and reassure me that everything will be completed as promised. Day one is complete and on schedule. Mike worked all day with a break, cleaned the are very nicely and confirmed starting time for tomorrow. The project is scheduled to conclude on Wednesday, May 1. I expect to be pleased and fully satisfied with their work product.

After reviewing repairs and needed upgrades at my home, I signed up with Angie's List, to have access to vendor references. Blaze Electric Inc. was one of the vendors chosen. I contacted the company and left a message. Frank returned my call within 24 hrs. We scheduled an appt for Frank to come and evaluate the scope of work, and submit a proposal. Although I thought the price was too high, I selected Blaze based on references. The technician showed up on time, worked efficiently, very personable and knowledgeable, and answered all questions put to him. I would definitely use them again. NOTE: The day after my project was completed, I contacted Frank because one fixture was not lighting, and I wanted to make a change in location for one fixture. Frank quickly rescheduled the tech to return and make the changes. I'm loving every minute of my lighting upgrades.

The electrician was on time and very professional. He removed the old fan and took it out to garbage. When installing new fan he had to plaster the ceiling around the fan to get a perfect fit. I was very pleased with the finished work. He also offered to clean up. I will use .Blaze Electric again.

They were good and quick. I have used them before and I will use them again if needed.

Called they came fairly promptly then when the problem reoccurred ( of no fault of theirs) they came after business hours and no charge for the second visit. They were helpful over the phone and knew part of the problem just from listening to my circuit breaker click.

Great service! I was offered same day service, but opted for an appointment later in the week. The technician was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He fixed the light switch in under 20 minutes!! Thank you!

Great experience with this company. In the mist of the drama Sandy caused I contacted Blaze the morning after Sandy hit. Spoke to Frank and he send his people out the same day. We could not get our power restored by Con Edison before this work was done. They repaired the damage right away for us and our neighbor. Would definitely recommend this company.

Great communication, fast appointment set, and punctual arrival. Checked out if I had any electrical issues (leakage, power fluctuations...). He couldn't detect any power fluctuations in a short amount of time, and it requires investigating in another level (con edison). By performing this service, it gave me a bit of a piece of mind.

I called Blaze and got someone on the phone right away. I was told I'd have an electrician with an hour or so. Within an hour an electrician was at my home. He was courteous, he did the job, he accepted my Angie's List coupon and was gone in less that half an hour. THAT'S my kind of service.
