Raja team did an amazing job with waterproofing the walls in our condo building. They were quick, polite, efficient, and always on time. Raja was always available via email or phone when needed. Recommend!

Considering that this job was conducted under very adverse conditions (90 degree plus weather, one hurricane, and another torrential, flash flood downpour) it went surprisingly well. There were a few kinks that had to be worked out, but which always resulted in an amicable solution. Raja was exceptionally responsive to any complaints. We were amazed that he answered all phone calls, emails, and texts in an incredibly timely fashion. His crew showed up every single day at exactly 8 AM for the entire 3 weeks of the job. All the workers were diligent. They displayed an incredible work ethic under, at times, dire weather conditions. Two week prior to this job, they had completed a three day masonry repair on the facade of the brownstone. Also excellent work.

Big rose construction did an excellent job. We wanted an estimate from them and they gave it to us the same day. Their work ethic is top notch. They scheduled their work days and did it accordingly. They are very experienced and know what they are doing. The owner is very friendly and made me feel ingood hands. The workers were very fast. They were very clean and cleaned up after the work nicely. The quality of the job was great and I would do business with them in the future.

Big rose Construction is probably one of the best contractors I have worked with in recent years. They arrived to job site on time and left the job site clean. All the workers were friendly. Not only did they fix up the entire building but they also did extra jobs at no cost. Their quality is superb and it can be seen in my premise. I appreciate their work.

Hired big rose Construction to re-grout shower and to implement a tricky a/c instailation. They were punctual, and did a great job for a fair price. Installation of the A/C was a particularly complex job, and they stayed for most of the day to ensure that everything was installed correctly to our satisfaction. Would definitely use again!

Big rose Construction were very professional with their job. They gave us a proposal and and outline of the job schedule and performed it according to that. After completion of the job they walked us all around the building and showed us the job they did. They used sidewalk sheds and used top level security for their workers and for the safety of the pedestrians. The job they did was at a very reasonable price and we are very happy with their job. I am looking forward to work with them in the future.

They came in, set up protective covers to keep their work from messing up the bathroom and did a great job. Left things very clean and tidy and came back the next day to apply a second coat of sealant. Overall I was delighted with the prompt and professional service and would both use them again and recommend them to others

Hug rose did a very good job at repointing (removing the old, crumbling mortar and replacing it with fresh, new waterproof mortar). Raja is very professional and is fair in his pricing. Communication with him was never an issue. His crew are very nice guys who did an excellent job. The finished job did not look like someone fat-fingered the mortar into place. Instead, the mortar lines are straight and clean. I would absolutely hire big rose again.

I highly recommend big rose construction . Since a 1920 Brownstone was being restored, it required a mason that was knowledgeable with the care of old bricks. In searching for a mason, big rose construction became the top choice after reading raja has an engineering background and masonry experience with Brownstones. When raja came to look at the re-pointing / painting project of the entire 4 story exterior back wall, he knew exactly what needed to be done and the correct mortar for the old bricks. Raja is smart, professional but more importantly responsive whenever I contacted him. I was very happy with the outcome of the 1st project. So much so that I called raja again to retain big rose construction for two more different masonry projects with the house.

Big rose are true experts and professionals. I am so glad i went with them after researching multiple companies. They completed everything quickly and were meticulous with everything they did. They also to care of all the permits needed making the whole process and inspections a breeze. I have been getting so many compliments for the work they did on my home. I would recommend them to anyone looking for siding/roofing and deck building work.

Everything went really well. Raja was extremely responsive and reasonable with respect to work and fees. He was also very accommodating with special requests. I would recommend them and hire them again. Our cornice came out beautifully

I d give Mr. raja 10 stars if I could. He correctly diagnosed the issue and moved quickly to remedy it. He stabilized the foundation and shored up the flooring, even making some repairs that weren t foundation related, but that he d found needed to be done under the flooring. To reach the foundation, part of a new patio had to be removed. Now replaced, it s impossible to tell it had been disturbed. He noticed the chimney had some cracks and repaired it, without being asked and without charge! He was communicative and happy to answer any questions I had in a way that allowed me to understand and to know that my home was safe. Knowledgeable, affable and kind, Mr. raja was on the premises throughout each day, directing the work. His crew were also gentlemen, pleasant and helpful. I will definitely hire them again show less

These people are amazing. Beside outstanding work, what I like most about these company is that they are very preofessional and responsive. They get the job done with less down time. Amazing compnay to go with.

We were very happy with big rose cons. We used them for all new siding, stone work in the front of our home and a new matching stone porch. The work exceeded our expectations and the owner was a pleasure to deal with. He personally answered all our questions and helped us throughout the process.

Raja and his team were truly amazing throughout our entire home renovation. I cannot recommend this company enough. We had new hardwood floors installed in 4 different rooms, our hallway, a wall removed to create an open concept in our home, professional painting, and vinyl floors installed in our basement. Raja and the team were always on top of the project and readily available for any questions or concerns we had. During the reno process we also encountered a problem with water coming through into our basement and raja was able to get the problem fixed so quickly and efficiently to stay on our projected schedule. We were truly taken care of and blown away by the outstanding job big rose did. Everything was beautifully executed and we definitely plan to use big rose construction for any and all of our future renovations or repairs needed for our home

They cleaned the brick wall on the back of my house, pointed it, caulked the windows, painted the window frames and painted the back wall of my house. They also did some repair work to the underside of my porch.

Interior and exterior work done at our 8 unit building was excellent. Raja was punctual, meticulous and professional From the beginning to the end of job. I highly recommend him and will continue to use his services.

Raja and crew were hired to waterproof the entire rear wall of our eight unit building. The entire wall and windows were sealed and painted. The entire job was done on schedule with a lot of care and concern for details. Once again they were excellent!

I had called several other contractors from google ads list and most did not even return my call. The one contractor who did respond gave me an estimate that I thought was very high. So I found a business card from big rose construction, called and left a message. Raja from big rose construction called me back within an hour and we made arrangements to meet for an estimate. Mr. Raja came and gave an estimate on Friday, he showed me several other homes in the neighborhood where he was very well known and had completed beautiful stone and brick work on several houses. His estimate was very reasonable so he came and did the work on my house the following Tues. He arrived on time and cleaned up when he left. I am very pleased with his work and even more pleased with the price.

The service provided by the owner and the workmen was excellent. I found their ad in the Angie s List booklet for my area and received an estimate within a few hours of calling. Big rose construction was punctual, respectful of our neighbors, and very efficient. I am very happy with the work that they did and anticipate that our home will be much more comfortable this coming winter. I also look forward to hiring them again for additional work in the coming year.
