AM HOME DELIVERY & TRUCKING

Worst company I ever had to deal with. The company sent a sexual offender to deliver my furniture . This guy asked me to perform oral *** on him , I’m not gay . I reported the incident to supervisor and corporate office , was told that I will be contacted ( never did ) My furniture was returned by the same guy who refused to deliver it after an argument over his sexual insinuation . I am pursuing other options to hold this driver and the company accountable for their actions . I will definitely update you as to the outcome of this sexual harassment . Watch these drivers , not sure if this company is hiring without doing backgrounds , therefore , putting other people in danger of sexual assaults or worst .

Ordered July 12th, to be delivered approximately a week later. I just received it today September 14, 8 weeks late. Zero communication or customer service. I finally had to take a day off of work as a hair stylist, loosing $400 to do so. They then canceled delivery the day of, and said they would be there 3 days later. The delivery was suppose to be dropped off inside MY door. I live on the 12th floor. They then left the 4 giant boxes weighing 200lbs, in the lobby of my building and said I had to do the rest. My experience with them is NOT unique. Run away from this business.

It went very badly. Having the home delivery scheduled was a major problem. They do not notify you 24 hours in advance when they are going to deliver. The notice that they did give me was before 6 am. They did not call the number I gave them to call for the delivery. I found message on my phone, so I called the driver and asked if it is possible to deliver. They told me to call the office to reschedule, they would not come out. I called the Appliance Connection and they were very cooperative in contacting them to reschedule, however the notice they give you for delivery isn't until the day before and it is less than 24 hours. Even though the bill said installation, they were going to leave it there. They did not do anything to the manufactures instructions, they are truck drivers not installers. The installation you pay for is not included unless you insist on it. They waited 25 minutes while I contacted Appliance Connection, they told them to go ahead and do it.

AJ Madison contracts out to AM Trucking for Delivery & Installation.  Worst experience ever.  Attempt #1:  Please note they don't give you any warning of what you may or may not need for installation to work, such as type and location of power outlet, type and location of hose leading to drainage, etc -- they use their first visit as "discovery" so then they can charge you to come back again!   They left a big mess and broke the cabinets -- do not expect these guys to clean up after themselves!  Do not expect them to repair what they break!  Do not expect them to come with tools and flashlights -- they want you to have that stuff.  Do not expect them to ask you before they move anything out of the cabinets or out of their way.  Attempt #2:  They gave me a 1-5pm time slot.  I took off work to be there.  They did not show up.  I called to find out way -- they told me he'll be there 5:30pm.  I told them not possible and why didn't you call me to tell me they'd be late?  No reason.  Attempt #3:  They said they would come 1-5pm when I rebooked it and I scheduled work around that.  Night before they called to say 11-3pm -- I said not possible I already took off work.  When they came -- again a big mess.  Charged me extra for a hose and claimed I lost the hose they left the last time.  Dishwasher is NOT level -- they guy doesn't even carry a level?  Their "receipt" was a e-mail print out with my address -- huh?  They said on the phone they took cards -- they do not!  Only cash & check.  They said my fee was waived on the phone for the mess up last time -- it was not.  Do not trust anything they say at AM Trucking!  You spend $1800 on a dishwasher at AJ Madison and they sent poor service people and nickel and dime you along the way. Worst company ever. No pride.
