Diana, who spoke to me on the phone was helpful and prompt to call me. Set up an appointment for repair within in a few hours. Robert was polite, professional and a pleasure to work with. And he knew the right tools to fix two different plumbing problems. Work was done quickly and he tried to be as neat as possible. I highly recommend them.

If you have a plumbing issue reach out to 24 Seven Plumbing first. From Candis the office manager to Robert the technician who came out these company employees were exceptional. I had another big plumbing company come out and their estimate was about 30 times what 24 Seven Plumbing charged me. This is an honest company with morals that does exceptional work. God Bless these guys! FYI I had a major clog in the main sewer line which Robert was able to clear out with a Hydro-Jet.

We had a clogged bathtub drain which needed to be cleared ASAP. Diana from 24 Seven replied almost instantly to our request for a quote, courteously and clearly giving us an estimate and assuring us that one of their plumbers would be here within the hour. Just as she told us, their excellent plumber Bob showed up here in less than an hour, greeted us pleasantly and went to work immediately. Bob had the drain cleared in a short time, and charged us the exact amount Diana quoted to us - less than $300 - which was surprisingly reasonable for an emergency job by an expert plumber! We are very grateful to 24 Seven for their courtesy, promptness, and expertise, and would be happy to use their services in the future.

Posting another review as mine was somehow removed. Was told job would be an all day job and that the plumber was required to stay at the apartment for 6 hours to ensure that the valves he installed would hold. This despite the actual plumber telling me he only needed 30 minutes. Office made a big deal about clearing his schedule for the day. Low and behold the whole process took 45 minutes and then he left. They charged me $1350 for less than an hours work. I feel like they were not honest with me and caused me to miss an entire day of work on top of overcharging me. No apology, no explanation as to the charges. Oh and by the way while it says they accept cards they don't tell you about a $35 surcharge for using it until after the fact. Just not on the up and up.
