Alex and Anton were the consummate professionals… they gave an ETA and were right on schedule. They went through the steps of verifying through physical checks and questions. Within minutes they came up with a solution and implemented it. The issue was resolved, they cleaned up their work area, provided a receipt and were on their way. I would recommend them to anyone looking for professional, efficient, and competent plumbers that do high quality work. Thank you again Alex and Anton.

Extremely expensive - office personal extremely unprofessional. I do not recommend this company - I have dealt with many companies and this is the first time I had an issue.

Two plumbers came and they were early, they got to the job at hand. They were polite and respectful.

Our sewer line needed to be flushed to the main line after a gross back up. Technician showed me the problem and once job was complete the clear line draining. Very pleased with the service and technician’s demeanor.

Faucet replacement for an Instahot dispenser. We use it multiple times a day including day of replacement of the faucet, which was leaking slowly. Plumber changed the faucet but must have banged the tank as it was leaking at a high rate after his work (not drops, to the point almost no water was coming out the faucet). It was an old tank and we likely needed to replace it soon either way, but plumber was defensive about what happened and claimed he had no role in this. For $450 for replacing a faucet, probably the simplest and highest paid 1/2 hour plumbing job ever, i would have expected a better service and attitude.

They charge a service fee just for coming to evaluate a problem to see whether or not they can solve it. I spent a considerable amount of time on the phone with Candice explaining my problem and my reluctance to pay such a high service fee since my problem seemed to be unique and it had stumped others, yet she assured me that her team would solve it. I was desperate, and since they reached out to me after I posted a detailed description of the unique issue we were having, I agreed to give them a shot. Well not only did the crew arrive 3 hours after the estimated window i was given without so much as an update, but they weren't briefed at all on my project or situation, and they stayed all of 15 minutes before saying there was nothing they could do and that I owed the service fee. I definitely do not think this is good business practice and I can not recommend them for this reason.

Waste of $400 for a ?diagnostic? visit. Though I made it clear our problem had only newly developed, the advice I got would have been appropriate only if the problem had always been present.

They responded very quickly and were able to get a technician over to clear a sewage drain within hours of my initial call.

Phenomenal job!! This company left me totally impressed and at ease. From the contact desk representative, to Edgar, the master plumber, their professionalism was A . Water backed up in my basement on Saturday and Sunday morning at 9 AM Edgar was on the job. He finished clearing my sewage line in less than an hour.The company gave a reasonable price.Edgar was attentive to the job and he was pleasant and careful to keep the area clean. I will use this company again!!

Diana and the actual Technician GETS SEVEN STARS. They were very responsive to our needs, professional, courteous. and had a sense of urgency that was INCOMPARABLE!!!!! A CLASS ACT!! WE MUST USE THEM AGAIN!!!
