Window King

Scheduled an appointment for estimate for windows, and a patio door. Frank arrived exactly on time (Which i liked), and went through the process of showing me his windows. The quality of product was great and he was very thorough in his explanation. He offered me a great price on the windows. The door was really my deciding factor. I wasnt happy not really knowing what I was getting (since I could not visit their showroom), so I went with another brand that had a more local display for me. If it was just windows, He would have surely gotten my business. When I need to replace my other windows in my house, window king will be one of the first ones to call.

The wrong windows were delivered initially so they had to return to do the installation.

After a few hiccups in the beginning, the measuring and installation of seven window went fine. I will be using them again to replace 4 to 6 more windows,

At $400 per windowand install price was good although I have seen windows/install for $300 each but not sure quality of the window. Window quality is good for the price and adequate for window replacement. Used Okna windows. Mechanism is smooth, solid construction, insulated, low E rating and energy star. Excellent visit at my home with owner-Nick. No high sales pitch. accurate window measurement. Two installers very proffesional and friendly. One installer(put in 2 windows) much better as far as attention to detail, --caulking and capping neater-excellent install. Other installer(3 windows) -good/fair install. Luckily the better installer put in the 2 front windows. Only real complaint I have is I wanted insulation put in before new windows installed(was in my contract) but the installers down-played the need for insulation and it was not done. It was obvious to me it was extra work for them Overall I am pleased with my new windows. The real test will be to see how well they insulate in the winter months.

It was a good job . They came on time and carted away all of the old windows. They left the house Clean with brand new windows.

My experiance with Window King was great from when Nick came and gave me the estimates un til the windaows got installed.There installers were quick and efficient.Would recommend them to my friends and family.

Excellent job. They were thorough and quick. It was one one of the hottest days of the year but I heard no complaints. Cleaned up afterwards so other than the new windows there was no evidence they'd been in the house. Would definitely use them again.

We had Window King come out and installed 7 new windows including a front picture windows and also a few in the basement. They wer very neat and clean. THey were very professional, they were punctual and a pleasure to work with. Priced reasonable very satisfied with the service, in fact using them for future projects as well.

Ron called me after I bought a deal from Angie's List, he came on time and explained the steps for getting my new windows replaced, he bought a sample for me to see. A man from the company came to measure up the windows then another fella came a few days later to get exact measurements of the windows as they had to be custom made, my house was built in 1925 and had the original windows. Three weeks later I got a call telling me there was a delay as the factory was behind in production and it would take another week, I got a call three days later to say they had them ready and made an appointment for them to be installed, One man came and installed all five in four hours and no mess was left behind. I am very pleased at the results. I would hire this company again if I needed more windows.

Set up an appointment for consultation/estimate and had no issues with proposal, explanation, or cost. There were some delays due to the weather in getting schedule for measurement and installation. The installation crew was a little delayed getting in, but once they got to my home they really did a great job. It ended up raining as they finished up the installation, and everyone stayed a bit to ensure there were no issues with the new windows. Would definitely use them again.

It was great. I actually ordered 4 more windows on top of that. They did a great job, I was able to trust the guys to make sure that caused no damage, and cleaned up after themselves. It was an all day job. The sunlight can come right through the window and not burn your back. The sunlight does not penetrate. The guy came in with a display for me to pick the window. The coupon went for a certain size of window and he honored the coupon for the other 4 I ordered. The guys kept in contact, let me know they were coming, and they were a little early.

Sales Person came on time and had great knowledge of the product (I did my own research ahead of time) and measured all the windows. Very nice guy. A few days later the installers themselves came to re measure (Never seen that before and makes great sense). They were also on time. About 2 or so weeks later I had to call Window King to find out what was going on with the windows. Made an appointment to install them that day. Installers again were on time and quickly removed and replaced the windows. One removed and the other installed, helping each other out when needed. Very clean, very respectful, were as quite as possible and stop to answer any questions or concerns we had. Three windows ended up having damages (2 had scratches on the glass and 1 had a damage handle) . Was told by installers to call Window King. Spoke to the owner who would have a rep. from the factory call me. A week later I called the owner again to find out what's going on. That day the rep from the factory call. Made an appointment to replace them but had to email a pix of the damage. A week later they came and replaced the damaged sections and we couldn't be happier. Windows look great and love that they make the windows themselves. They are really made to fit. Most of the other companies wanted to charge extra (special order) as some of my windows are just a little larger than the average size. Than I found out that they buy the windows from the local Hareware Stores and offer little warranty for the window itself. I was a little disappointed with having to call them when they were suppose to be calling me but other than that I have no complaints.

Our consultation was with Nick and though we had a slightly cheaper offer from another provider, we felt comfortable with Nick and the Okna windows that Window King would have custom made for our windows and went with Window King. Our consultation was great and it was easy to get in touch with Joanne in the office for details on when our windows would come in and to set up installation. The guys installing the windows were a bit late on the day of installation, but they were efficient and knowledgable and had the whole process completed in less time than we expected. We received full screens for all 5 windows, but we need partial screens on at least 3 windows for air conditioning units so I called Nick day of installation and mentioned this and he said he could remedy this, no problem. All in all, very pleased with Window King, our Okna windows, the installation, service, and price. I would recommend Window King to others.

We visited the store/showroom on Saturday, April 27th. The gentleman at the desk was on a personal phone call when we arrived. He finally ended the phone call after a few minutes. We explained that were were interested in purchasing 12 replacement windows for our home. He didin't seem very knowledgeable and said he really couldn't show us any samples, but he would set up an appointment with his salesman, Ron. We agreed on an appointment for the following Friday evening, May 3rd at 6 PM. He said Ron would call to confirm on Thursday. We never heard from Ron on Thursday nor did he ever come to the house as scheduled on Friday. We had a personal matter to attend to and I never had an opportunity to call the store the following week. On Saturday, May 18th we went to the store again. Once again, this gentleman is on the telephone with a personal call. Once again we waited several minutes for him to complete his call. When he greeted us I asked if he remembered us, he said no and I proceeded to tell him that Ron never called or kept the appointment three weeks ago. He seemed surprised and then the phone rang again. This time it appeared to be an irate customer screaming on the phone. The only advice the gentlemen offered was for the customer to call back on Monday and speak to Nick. While this was going on I turned to my husband and said I had a bad feeling. We proceeded to walk to the door and as we were walking out of the store I heard the recever on the phone click, but The gentleman never called us back or came out on the street to find out what he could do for us. Just the little bit we have seen of this company it appears that they are not very customer oriented. When we spend our money we like to know that we are getting the best possible products and services. Window King, I think not. Glad we got away from them before we had gotten into a contract with them. Still can't figure out how they have an A rating.465

I was very happy with their service. They did a terrific job. We asked them to do an extra window and they were willing to do that. We were very very happy with their service. They cleaned up and the windows are very beautiful.

The gentleman, Ron came by to provide an estimate on replacement of 16 windows in my home. He was a no-pressure, informative, and experienced salesman. I appreciated all of the options he discussed with me in addition to his suggestions on concerns I had with the product and budget. We agreed to the quote after a comparison with two other companies and are waiting on the install to take place. If you are on the fence give them a call and at the very least get an estimate from them, they are not going to throw you a five hour high pressure pitch like some of the other window guys out there.

Called for estiamte and they had someone out to me in a matter of days. They measured and ordered the windows in no time. Then the install came, they were on time, cleaned up, the best work I have seen !!!!!

From the beginning, the process was very professional. I was given the paperwork upfront (including their worker insurance), and was shown a sample of the window. All my questions were answered at the first meeting. During the installation day, the bay window took the longest and the crew was professional and very clean. They went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. i really love my new windows. I can't wait to hire them again to replace the rest of my windows. I want to echo the other reviewers on how great Window King is. I highly recommend them.

Our appointment was at noon. The day started with rain. The installer and his helper showed up early, 10:45, during one of the breaks in the rain storms. The installer advised that he was early and said that they could return at the appointed time if that was a problem. He was concerned about the weather and the possibility of it affecting the window removal and installation. I was glad to have them arrive early, as I was also concerned that the weather would affect the appointment. They immediately got started and although the rain started again, and continued off and on, quite heavily, at times, the removal and installation was done in a very timely fashion. The installer and his helper were very diligent and they did a great job cleaning up. We are extremely pleased with the work that was done and the condition of our home, inside and out, after they were done.

Excellent, Excellent, Excellent! I found Window King and another window installer through Angie's list. Window King returned my call Immediately and scheduled an appointment right away. The appointment went very well. The sales guy (the owner's father in law?) arrived on time, was very professional, and was clearly very competent. The meeting went very smoothly and I was pleased with the answers to my questions and the various options available (I'm a Mechanical Engineer and had lots of technical questions about the windows - - insulation, etc). I was initally concerned because I was unfamiliar with the window brand. However, after doing some research, I concluded that this brand provides a superior product for the money. Window installation went very smoothly. It took a few hours. My windows look beautiful. I have recommended Window King to others. I would definintely do business with them again.
