Everything went well. I've been using them for quite some time, and they're great.

Perfect. It took a couple of days for them to pick up, clean, and return my rug in great condition. I've used this company repeatedly and they have always done a good job for me. I've also had them do repairs to fringe on other rugs in the past.

They did the work at her home and they were very honest about the cost. They did a great job. They are very careful with the rugs and your home, they are perfect when it comes to meeting appointments, and their price was better than others'.

They came and picked them up and then delivered them back to us with new rug pads. Overall quality of work was excellent and we should have had them repair the third rug as well. Price seemed expensive, but I am unfamiliar with the cost of labor for this kind of work, so that may just be the going rate.

This is the second time I have used Majestic Rug Cleaning. Each time I received a solid estimate of the cost up front and they arrived to pick up and deliver the rugs at the promised time. The rugs were cleaned very well. I had my rugs cleaned at the same time as I was doing some other renovations and I didn't want the rugs brought back until the other work was done. Majestic will store your rugs for two months for no additional charge, and will store them longer than that for an additional 10% of the cleaning fee per month. Having them be able to keep my rugs for two months for no additional charge was a big help to me.

They were able to handle my same-day scheduling for cleaning. The workers were prompt, and worked efficiently. The couches and carpet came out looking great! I'll call them first next time I need and carpets or couches cleaned!

We have been using them for over ten years, so obviously we do like their work. They are prompt, they come when they say will be there. They bring enough people to move everything around and everything is done in a professional manner.

By phone, I scheduled the work and it worked perfectly. Margie, the woman who took care of my request, was very efficient and nice.

I COULDN'T ASK FOR SUCH GOOD SERVICE. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB ON CLEANING THE CARPETS, AND RE-BRAIDING THE FRINGE ON ONE OF THEM. THEY RETURNED SOFTER AND SPARKLING CLEAN.

THEY CAME OUT AND CLEANED WHAT CARPET I HAD, TOOK THE RUGS TO CLEAN THEM. I THOUGHT THEY DID A GOOD ENOUGH JOB, MY CARPETS DIDNT LOOK NEW, BUT THEY WERE GOOD.

I WOULD MOST LIKELY USE THEM AGAIN. THIS COMPANY WAS ON TIME. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND POLITE TO ME, AND THEY GOT THE JOB DONE QUICKLY. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THEY SHOWED UP, THEY TOOK THE RUG, AND THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THEY RETURNED IT. I LEFT MY RUG WITH THE DOORMAN, AND THEY PICKED IT UP AND RETURNED IT.

I THINK THEYRE VERY GOOD, RELIABLE AND RESPONSIVE. I CAN CALL AND WITHIN A WEEK THEY COME AND GET MY CARPETS. IF IM NOT HERE ON THE DELIVERY DATE, THEY WILL DROP THINGS OFF WITH THE DOORMAN. IF I MISS COMPLETELY I CAN GO TO THEIR SHOP AND DROP IT OFF AND PICK IT UP FROM THERE IF I COMPLETELY FORGET.
