Joe was great. He was straight forward on telling me what options I had to repair my A/C and working with me step by step on resolving the issue. He took additional time to review the specs of my A/C to assure everything was working perfectly. He treated my A/C as if it was his.

Joe came on time and let us know when he was close to arriving. He inspected our whole system and fully explained what was going on and educated us on how our system works. He also simplified our filtration system so that we can easily change our filters. He was thorough and knows exactly what he is doing. We highly recommend Joe and Moore Services for their promptness, integrity, and knowledgable service.
