Joe was extremely helpful from our first conversation on the telephone before I even hired him. He gave me pertinent information to present to my previous service contract company. When I was no longer satisfied with them I called Joe and asked him to come in for an evaluation. He spent almost three hours here checking everything in detail before he said we had no choice but to replace our natural gas boiler for safety reasons...are CO was out of the roof. He ordered our boiler which was delivered the next day and they were here the day after that. The installation went without a hitch. They replaced every single part going to the new boiler plus reconfigured the plumbing. Once the installation was done he checked and rechecked everything and ran another combustion test which was perfect. I believe the price was fair especially for the amount of time needed to complete this process. I can without any reservation recommend Moore Services for your HVAC needs. They will also be doing my maintenance from now on!

Our boiler went dead. Joe contacted us as soon as put my info on Homeadvisor. He sounded knowledgeable. He told me what can I try myself. However that did not work. He came in time and fixed it. Joe is honest and knowledgeable. He did not try to rip off and charges were reasonable.
