I had an amazing experience with Moore Services! My AC units needed to have their annual maintenance. I spoke with Joe and he was ready to come the same day or set up a future appointment. He texted me the morning of my appointment to give me an ETA of his arrival. He speaks to you not at you when explaining what needed to be done. Prices are extremely reasonable and the work was done quickly and professionally. I will definitely use him for any future HVAC work and maintenance.

Joe was very personable, professional and confident. He was able to pinpoint the problem in a short period of time. He did not make me feel that he was rushing through the job. They were phenomenal. Our regular contractor said that the whole system needed to be replaced. They said that we could get by with replacing the compressor, but it would be 5 business days to get one, but if I replaced the entire system, they could do it in a day. Moore came in, diagnosed the problem and had a new compressor installed in a couple of hours. They did a great job explaining everything that they did. I would definitely recommend them.

I had a complete replacement of an HVAC system. An attic air handler and outdoor heat pump was just installed. I used Moore Services. I love the guy , his integrity and the quality of his work. He is patient answering questions with a dedication to his customers well being. He calls when he says he will call and shows up when he says he will show up. He shows respect for not only my home but my cats as well. He is reliable, fair in price and did an absolutely beautiful job. I couldnâ t wait to leave this review because too often people leave reviews only when they are angry. They use the internet to vent their rage. Usually , but not always, it has nothing to do with the service they receive . They unjustly displace their anger and dissatisfaction with life onto an innocent contractor. These people motivate me to leave good reviews. Credit should be given where credit is due. I have had many heating and cooling people service my unit throughout the years but when it came time to actually upgrade I went with Joe Moore! You wonâ t be disappointed! I highly recommend him for heating and cooling issues. Boilers too. I am writing this review as I enjoy my newly installed smoothly running air conditioner.
