Excellent. Great communication before project manager and workers and myself the customer. Shower was small stand up shower and redone to custom bigger shower with a corner seat!

The worker was prompt, even asked if earlier would be convenient. Answered all questions and offered suggestions even if we decide to do do other than having work performed. Very professional. I would definitely recommend All Dry.

I called Sarah Miller when I had a leak in my apartment coming from the unit above me. My building super/maintenance usually takes forever to get repairs done, so I feared we would have a much bigger issue if we didn’t take care of it ASAP. Although my building has their own companies they use for damage repairs, out of professional courtesy Sarah took the time to explain to me how to go about getting this taken care of. She even put me in touch with an attorney to help push my super to take care of the issue ASAP before it got worse. Sarah was fantastic, I’ve never met a company who would advise you through the whole process & put you in touch with the proper people to get it done even if they weren’t directly getting business/benefiting from it. I highly recommend Sarah & All Dry, if she went above and beyond for me without me even being her customer ...imagine what she would do for her actual customers.

Project Manager Joey Jennewein arrived punctually at our house and inspected our basement. He didn't hesitate to provide his honest assessment. The extent of the problem and health risks were not as significant as we had imagined. He presented a number of options to address the surface mold, one of which was through his company. Other companies could have taken advantage of our fear to gain additional business. We were impressed with his knowledge and his integrity. We recommend him and would hire him in the future.

Went well. Performed in timer thorough manner Mold tester they use came and mold report was negative Awaiting the reconstruction which is awaiting Corona Virus clearance

Incredible work doing a full remediation of the crawlspace in our home. over a few days completely ripped out, cleaned and dried out the crawlspace now free of all mold. Quick disposal of all debris and top quality on site project managers inspecting the work. We went from having a dirty and damp crawlspace to full old removal, cleaned and dried out for days after with high power machines. Martin and his teams are true pros and having used these types of companies before...this is the best on i used. and the most fair. Excellent communication and very punctual with the job. Highly recommended.

He looked at my mold issue and said he'd have an estimate the next day after calculating measurements, etc. Just as I was told, he emailed a very fair estimate and stayed in touch with me to confirm. I agreed to use All-Dry and was able to get an appointment within a couple of days - Which helped me greatly. Joe came to do the work. He was extremely pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. He went over with me what he was going to do and also as the work progressed, kept me informed. He did a great job and was a professional - as was Dave.

In all honesty, these people are very good at what they do. I really felt that they cared about what they were doing. They met all of our requests with smiles and positive vibes. This crew of people led by Sara are just amazing. We really appreciate what they did in a short period of two days.

Company was very professional and kept me well informed through all stages of the water and mold remediation and property restoration. They handled all aspects of my homeowners insurance claim providing from independent adjusting services to settlement with my homeowners for the damages cause by the water and mold and the cost to restore the bathrooms. The bathrooms are perfectly restored and they performed the restoration services with excellence.

They gave me an outstanding deal for the amount of time & work they did at my house. Everyone I dealt with at All Dry (Office Staff when I called to set up appointment & the Technicians that did the work) were extremely professional and very accommodating. My house looks brand new and I could not be happier. I highly recommend using this company. In fact most of my neighbors have already called and set up appointments for their houses. I am actually going to use them to steam clean my carpets before the holidays.
