They were great, if i could i would give them a perfect ten. They replaced my old leaking 40 gallon water heater. They took care of everything from soup to nuts. They came the next day after i called and they completed the job in a timely manner. Their price was competitive and the work was excellent

Tristate Plumbing responded quickly to my requested needs, they had flexible scheduling and scheduled my appointment quickly. They arrived at my property before the scheduled time, and completed the task with replacing and installation, of the new water heater, and removal of the old water heater, all within a hour. Excellent service, very Professional, cordial and friendly Father and son team, they were Extremely quite with the installation, and communicated well with instructions of operating and starting the water heater, and explaining the warranty and coverage. Papo, owner of Tri-Star Plumbing (named Tri-State by HomeAdvisor), was extremely courteous and professional. My hot water heater was leaking. We discussed options over the phone. Papo checked to see if it was still under warranty...unfortunately not...but nice to check!! Before unboxing he showed me the build date on box...which of course is important for the future 10yr warranty. These were all things that put me at ease. His two assistants were excellent. Two young gentlemen moved the new tank in and took the old away. A tough job done with care not to damage anything. They too were courteous, polite and professional. The installation was quick and done properly. Papo took the time to go over the features of the new heater with me. While Papo packed and left, the two lads waited until the hot water was running. It was nice they waited for the hot water to be running with all questions answered before being paid. My experience with them was painless. I highly recommend Tri-Star Plumbing for hot water tank replacements.
