Description of Work: Russ was very professional and his staff did a great job. They were punctual. I needed to get my job done a little earlier due to guests arriving at my house. Russ and his team accomodated us and managed to work it out within the deadline. I felt the quality was excellent too. Overall an excellent job.

Description of Work: Beautiful work by Russ and his team! Restored and patched original Douglas fir floor downstairs, installed new oak floor upstairs and refinished stairs. He let me do as much on my own as I wanted to keep costs down, and was very helpful along the way. When it came down to the crunch time they finished early and left things very clean. Highly recommended!

IT WAS SATISFACTORY. THEY HAD A GOOD PRICE AND GOOD PEOPLE WORKING FOR THEM. THEY WERE A LITTLE SLOPPY ON THE ACTUAL JOB. THE GUY ANSWERS THE PHONE CALLS AND RETURNS YOUR PHONE CALLS PUNCTUALLY. HE SAYS HE'LL COME ONE DAY, AND HE COMES ON THAT DAY.
