Tech Mr. Richard Hilstad was very professional, explained what was being done every inch of the way. He showed me how the heater worked and all the parts he inspected. Replace the needed Heater Igniter part. The one in the heater was partially had turned white, it should be all black, as he showed me the new part. Of course I wanted it replaced otherwise mid winter the heater would not have worked, that would have been an extra $$ for a house visit! He had brought an air filter, I told him it was replaced only few months ago and it should be fine. But he said he would check it to see if that was the case. It was dirty, he replaced it. I have joined their Home Comfort Club so the air filter did not cost me anything and neither his services, I just had to pay for the Heater Igniter part. He also thanked me for having such a clean heater inside and out! As a woman I had never paid attention to heaters, A/Cs or anything else like that but I was happy how he showed it all to me. He took his time, answered my questions, set up the thermostated as I wanted. Previous services from the Sierra Air and their technicians made me a believer to have them take care of my house. Our house was brand new when we moved in on Feb 2004. Of course as years go by things wear out, need new parts. They are such a delight to do business with, I will be with the for a long time. Thank you Sierra Air!

Great, didn't realize it was the original system installed when the house was built (1973), it's 44 years old and it still keeps the house cool. But it's time to up grade.

It didn't take very long. It took maybe an hour or so. It was excellent and good.

The tech arrived at stated time, introduced himself, was shown where units were located and he went to work. The tech. was neat and clean, dressed in a company white shirt with his name. He easily explained what he was accomplishing if I asked. One part needed replacement in the compressor which he showed me the results and difference between the operation with the new part. The work areas were kept clean and tech wore booties whenever entering the home to perform work. The price paid included cleaning and servicing two a.c. compressors and parts and labor for one unit and two new filters.

The serviceman, Lee, took only a few minutes to see the problems. He explained everything to me that needed done and even showed me the parts that needed replaced. He was very good at his job, helpful, and quite professional. Plus he has a great personality to top it off! He did a great job and am very happy with his work!

Belle and Les from Sierra Air performed a duct cleaning at my personal home. The technicians were very professional and did a great just cleaning the ducts. They showed up on time and completed the job quickly and promptly while still providing a high quality service.

Took about 40 minutes and was charged $239.40 for labor, and $89 for Diagnostic. Part was $159.60, yet I had to pay $488, seems pretty high in my opinion. It took almost a month to get an itemized receipt.

As a member of the Home Comfort Club we want to say that Greg Wells is incredible efficient, knowledgeable and thorough in the maintenance needs of our home! If we could we would give him 10 stars!!

Work performed was thorough and professional. Highly recommend Sierra air, the cost is very competitive using their comfort care program. At $16.50 per month it's a bargain, considering the repairs required in October '16.

I think I am probably going to call them soon and have them service my heat/furnace. They seem to be very good in what they are doing. The price is probably right in there, it’s right down in there with about 3 or 4 service agents in Reno. They are very competitive. Quality is good, they tell me what is going on. I wasn’t in a rush and they came out within day, I think. If I had been in a rush they would have come out that day if it was an emergency, but it wasn’t. They set the appointment and called to make sure it was still good just before they arrived. I watched what they were doing and they explained what they were doing. I would recommend them to others, they are a good reputable company. I was pretty happy with what they advised me.

The inspection was scheduled for a day within the week in which I called. A friendly serviceman arrived on time and completed an exhaustive 60-point inspection, providing explanations along the way. This was part of a contract that I have renewed with them for several years.

Co.gave us 3 product options, price and financing options. Installation was completed within the timeframe presented to us. All employees we dealt with were courteous and professional. We couldn't be happier! Its great to be warm again.

I am very pleased with the work that was done. Very professional, thorough and clean.

They set a date, said it would take one day. They installed in one day, on the date agreed upon, as advised (other quotes were for 1-2 day, 1-2 weeks out). Their two employees were both very professional in all their interactions and how they treated our house. Mitsubishi product is excellent.

Avoid using this company! They tried to oversell me things that I didn't need.

I wrote a review in error (blaming Sierra Air for another company's bad work). Sierra Air responded by offering to fix the other contactors' mistakes, at no charge. Outstanding!

Preventative Maintenance call was scheduled as part of Sierra Air's Home Comfort Club. Tech was not told by their dispatch that it was a preventative maintenance call, rental tenant complained about the A/C unit making noise tech quickly diagnosed that the bearings were worn and the motor needed replacement.

I payed top dollar, more than two other bidders, and got a home air conditioning system that was grossly inadequate. The system that they installed was of lower capacity than the other bidders were going to install and it cost me more. This month I'm going to get the system replaced by someone else.

Job took a day and a half. Had to come back 2 days later for dryer vent. Glitches were found and corrected promptly. Heat pump in Reno area is a fairly new idea, at 35 degrees heating from heat pump will automatically switch to oil and above 35 deg will switch back to heat pump. So far all is well. The Sierra HVAC team were all courteous, professional, and took time to explain all details of installation.

RJ was the tech that came out. He was very polite, courteous, professional, caring, and overall a very wonderful individual. From the very first time I received a phone call from them, in August, I have received nothing but professional and courteous, 1 on 1, customer service. Every person I have spoken with, including the owner, have all been warm and wonderful individuals. This company offers a payment plan with no interest charges, which is very rare and unbelievably good customer service to me.

The men who came to our home were very intelligent, knowledgeable about the product, and hard-working. They went into the attic and crawled under the house without skipping a beat! The installation was done in great time and the techs knew what they were doing! I cannot believe how fast they did the job, but more importantly, they did the job so that we know it will provide heat and air conditioning when we need it! They tested and re-tested the controls and made sure everything was complete before leaving! If you are getting work done of this type, use Sierra Air! They Rock!!!
