Serv-All Water Conditioning

Very happy with everything - from the initial call [Carolyn] to the pre-install review [Jim] to the installation [Tony]. They were very professional and answered all my questions. Decided on Serv-All because of ratings (Angie's List, BBB, Yelp, other online reviews). Decided on the Vortech softener because of efficiency (water and salt), carbon filter (chlorine) and warranty. It has been one week and the difference in the water is amazing.

The tech , Shawn was very professional and knowledgeable. We called them to repair a reverse osmosis system. It turned out it was missing parts and needed replacing from previous himeowner. They put in s new system and now we are drinking great tasting water.

Great experience, super friendly office staff and great technician. The installation went really fast and was reasonable price. No leaks or problems. Quality materials and softener system. I am also having them deliver my salt because I have a bad back. Very happy with this vendor and I would use them again in the future if needed. They always call before they arrive, which is nice also.

Excellent; their services turned me into a lifetime customer. I had called several places prior to calling Serv-All and all of them in comparison were double the cost for them to come to my home. After selecting one of companies and having a worker come out, the service was so abysmal I reported it and got a refund. Another company I tried to enlist for the job was out and out rude so that ended that. ServAall, however, was prompt, professional, and pocket book friendly. In addition, I gained valuable tips regarding my plumbing. If you, too, like me, want highly professionally prompt plumbing repairs, I encourage you to call them.

Service was wonderful. Jim was on time, looked at my existing unit and said nothing was wrong. Did not try to sell me things I did not need. Adjusted the timer and set it running again. He also gave me helpful advice on how to keep it in good condition. It was refreshing to have honest service. I will refer him to everyone I know and call him first when I am ready to upgrade to an RO system.

It took 4 days to get an appointment for the problem evaluation. When they came out, I felt the technician diagnosed the issue pretty quickly and almost immediately was selling me their new unit for $1,450.00 including installation and tax. Unfortunately it felt like a bait and switch approach. I will be checking around for something more affordable.

The technician arrived on time and was professional during the entire process. The removal of the old system and the install of the new system was completed without any hiccups. He explains how the system operates and clearly informed me of the time period between the tank filling and number of times to drain the tank until the water was drinkable. He informed me of the yearly filter replacement and the reminder from Serv-All Water Conditioning. Due to the dry soil conditions in Nevada, I would recommend the 5-stage system to filter your water. I had the same system installed at a different location and it works great in producing great tasting water. I also recommend Serv-All Water Conditioning for your water softener needs as well.

Tony arrived as scheduled. He was very professional and friendly. He diagnosed the problem and fixed the clog in the drain line. Excellent service. Fully recommended.

Great! These filters need to be changed once a year. Tony came out with the filters, and taught me how to do it for next time. It's a basic install but like many things there are particular things that need to be done in a certain order. The set of filters cost $91 with tax. Serv-All asked for only $59 to come out and do it, and teach me. It surprised me that they were willing to teach me how to change the filters next year, since that would mean they wouldn't get a fee to do it then. They're really sincere! Tony is a professional, an expert technician, friendly, honest, and sincere - Wow! what a catch! :-) I interviewed, in-person, 5 water companies a year ago before selecting one to install a full-house softener and RO system. I also thoroughly research all of their backgrounds and the claims they made about their respective equipment and services. By far, from the owners through the office staff, and the technicians, I made an excellent choice. Also, very important is that they work on Saturdays.

They did a good professional job and left the area clean. Price included the RO unit.

Excellent job - quick and efficient

Very impressed with Serv-All water conditioning. My scheduled appointment was at 3:00 p.m. I got a call at 1130 saying the tech was ahead of schedule and could come early. This showed me the technician is not lazy. Once he got here he was extrodinarly professional. I informed him that I was the new home owner. He advised me of how the water conditioning system worked. He also gave tips & advise on how to keep it working properly. Very satisfied with the level of customer service. Shout out to Tony for being a real stand up professional.

Excellent. They were a bit late, but did call to advise earlier in the day. The work was done quickly and was explained. They changed the filter for the water unit in the house.

The service was great, the representative was here on time, our system was quite old so it was determined it would be better to replace the unit which he did. Would definitely recommend and would hire again.

The meter was replaced without a hitch. The reverse osmosis unit seemed to be functioning well and wasn't touched.

It was great! Excellent service and follow through from in-house contacts to the field technicians. They had to make two trips. I could not be more satisfied. They ran into an unexpected problem and did not charge extra. It is so difficult to get good, honest, dependable and capable service from most companies these days. These guys do all that and more -- VERY well -- and at a reasonable price. I would recommend them to anyone -- without any reservations.
