Fast and easy

Juan answered the phone when I called. He listened to my problem and asked a few pertinent questions. He arrived on time the next day and talked to me about the pool's history, use, and issues. My main complaint about the pool had yellow algae which had been on it for 3 months and continued to grow worse each week. I explained that I have a pool without chlorine, which uses UV light technology with H2O2. I like the chlorine free and salt free pool, rather than being subjected to cancer causing chemicals. I had been on the phone with pool experts that assured me the problem was NOT the UV technology. Juan was not overly familiar with my type of pool, however he had already "googled" for info and spoke to the pool builder. Juan got to work. He got rid of the yellow algae by doing a really good (elbow grease!) scrubbing. He also replaced the 4 pool filters, which were jam packed with debris because they had not been cleaned..ever. He had to drive to the supply house, return and install them. He charged me the price of the filters and only $35 for a service call! I was surprised. He had spent hour; talking to me, traveling to buy the filters, scrubbing and fixing..all that time and energy or only $35. However the greatest gift was that by the next day the yellow was gone. I could finally love my pool again! Now he does the weekly maintanace on our swimming pool, large spa and pond, for only $120 a month. They all look great and function beautifully.

He took his time and did a very professional job. I hired him to clean my pool on a monthly basis.

Juan spent 2 hours between going to the pool store for the proper chemicals and diagnosing the pool and pump. Great professional service, my wife was very comfortable noting Juan is a "nice guy". We are going to use Juan's monthly service and really believe he is honest and does great work. I recommend Juan he is a true professional.

They are very professional and conteentious. They will stay as long as the job needs done. I liked them and I ended up hiring them full time. They are worth the price. You can get people cheaper, but I feel like I am getting an excellent value.

Juan is an amazing guy. My pool has never looked this good, it really is spotless and the water flow in the pool has never been so strong. He is always on time, professional, courteous, honest and goes the extra mile. Old school service compared to what you find today. I would highly recommend Juan's service to anyone who has a pool in Las Vegas. Great service and price that is hard to beat!
