Juan is very professional and has decent work etiquette. The pool now looks very clean. I would recommend him to others who need their pools maintained.

HATE TO SPEND MONEY ON THE POOL, BUT COMING FROM THE NW, WE APPRECIATE THE VISUAL ELEMENT. Juan DID THE JOB AND THE FILTER WORKS FINE. JUAN IS A POLITE, ERUDITE, PUNCTUAL AND PROFESSIONAL MAN. A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH. HE IS EXTREMELY KIND AND PATIENT WITH SENIORS. TODAY, MY HUSBAND WAS IN A DITHER BECAUSE, WHEN ATTEMPTING TO DRAIN THE SPA, IT WAS ACTUALLY FILLING UP. HE CALLED JUAN UP AND JUAN KINDLY 'WALKED' HIM THROUGH THE PROCESS. JUAN WILL BE OUR GO-TO POOL MAN BECAUSE WE CAN TRUST HIM.

On Juan's first day he informs me that the filter pump motor went out. It's been working flawlessly for three years and it goes out on his first day? What a coincident! He tells me I need a new one and it will run me $900 to $1500 for a new one. (I don't even know if that included the labor to remove and replace it or not. Since I have had recent back surgery I ask him if he could remove it and put it in the trunk of my car so I could take it to a rebuilder. Then replace it when It's been rebuilt. He wasn't up for doing that plus he said the check for $160, we had agreed on, for the first week I had sent him wasn't what we had agreed on. Seems like he was trying to shake me down at every turn so I let him go, and I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.

I had been looking for a reliable pool maintenance service for awhile. I do most of the maintenance myself, but needed a professional to come in and take a good look at the equipment, water and filters before the swim season. Juan was perfect! He was quick to respond to my call and actually came out the same day. Juan was patient and walked me through all kinds of details about the equipment and filtration system, including tips for me to improve the performance. The next day he came back and cleaned the filters for us at a very reasonable price. I am so happy to have found him! He'll definitely be our go to for any pool related services in the future.

Could not have gone better. Juan figured out the problem, made several recommendations, I chose to have the pump repaired by repair shop. He took the pump in and brought it back and installed it. I asked if he had time to clean the pull and he said that was included in the pump repair and he proceeded to spend another 30 min cleaning the pool at no extra charge. You cannot do better than Juan. I have been in Vegas for 13 years now and have used a number of different pool services. He is by far the best I have found. None other even close.

Juan is a throwback to the old days when a man's word was his bond. You can take his word to the bank. He is very dependable. And, he is an excellent pool service and maintenance craftsman. We had a problem with our Hayward Goldline Aqua Logic Automation System. Although Juan had never worked on that complicated system, he took his personal time to read about and familiarize himself with how the System was suppose to work. As a result, our System is working the way it should, thanks in no small measure to Juan's professionalism. We also had a problem with our pool's solar heating system. Juan never hesitated in trying to find out what was wrong and how to fix it. Although the necessary repair was more complex the we thought, and required a pool solar panel specialist, we were thoroughly impressed with Juan's attempt to do what was necessary for us. Our former pool serviceman took a look at the same problem and told us he wouldn't touch it. That's why he's our former pool serviceman. In short, we are extremely pleased with Juan's service, his dependability and his willingness to extend himself to help his customer. He is a rarity in Las Vegas. Our final though is simply that you can do a lot worse in hiring a pool serviceman, but you won't do better than Juan Gonzalez and Vegas Swimming Pool Service. Try and see if you don't agree.

I consider myself to be fortunate to have found Juan! He is extremely knowledge, personable, reliable and proactive. Since hiring Juan almost 3 years ago, I've never had to worry about anything related to my poo/spa, because I know that Juan will take care of it. If you are looking for a pool service company who will go above and beyond, then I highly recommend hiring Juan.

You can always trust that Juan will do a great and thorough job. I have had a few pool companies that know when you are out of town or know it is your second home and they give you second rate service. They only show 1/2 of the time or barely brush and skim the pool. Never the issue with Juan. Every job and customer is important and receives top notch service. Thank you Juan!! You are the best!!

We just bought our home and it's our first pool, Juan explained what he does clearly and what we should look for, I knew he was right for us as soon as he asked if anyone in our family had a skin sensitivities so that he can make sure if the amount chlorine is used

Juan is my superhero. He was at my new w/i a couple of hours, replaced my capacitor, taught me everything I needed to know about about the pump, values, lights, etc., and was extremely professional and chill. In fact, I hired him on the spot to do my weekly maintenance.

It was great. The pool worked better than before and is fantastic.

In one word? Flawless!! He is as meticulous and OCD as I am. He STRIVES for perfection, and settles for nothing less. If you're THAT TYPE of perfectionist, he and his company is for you....

As indicated above, it always goes very well. He thoroughly maintains our pool once per week at $120. plus quarterly filter cleaning. Our pool is 50 feet long and 3 and one-half to 4 feet deep. We have a 9 ft square raised spa which spills over into the pool, which he also maintains.

Juan provides weekly service for my small inground pool. He helped me start it back up after I had it drained this spring. He provided excellent advice. He provides wonderful service, he is prompt every week on the day he let me know would be the cleaning day of the week. He is patient about explaining pool maintenance to me, and seems to have a great deal of expertise. I would say he is the sixth service I have tried and is by far the best. He prices himself fairly for the market. His weekly service is the best I've found in the valley so far. As a note, I found him via Angie's List (as I do all my service providers).

Couldn't be going any better. Juan checks all the chemical levels, and does a superior job of cleaning the pool. He makes recommendations when he sees parts that are wearing out, and when he replaces a part, he shows me the old part before he disposes of it. I now have a pool and spa that I am proud to show to my friends and neighbors, and can enjoy virtually year round. Because of Juan's superior service, I can know that I can safely and securely use my pool and spa. I have found Juan to be honest, reliable and trustworthy.

He is really good. I have no complaints with him. He does not only the do the chemicals, he also sweeps the pool down. I can see that he spends over half an hour here. I had others who would just come in and walk away after three minutes. I’ve had him for years now and he is excellent. I pay him monthly. He is reliable and always on time.

Did not go as planned and Juan and I decided it best I look for a new Pool Service.

I had a pool heater issue and called Mr. Juan. He immediately came out, inspected everything, and got the unit working. He was here for approximately 20 minutes and gave me a run-down of my entire pool system. Because he didn't really have to do anything but teach me, he didn't charge me anything. Fantastic and friendly service!!!
