"Hi [Member Name Removed], opinions aside, here is, with explanations, what I recorded in my "[Member Name Removed] Office Customer Service Record" sheet: Mar 19. First day of service. a. We agreed on maintenance, service $120 per month; since March was half-way, it would be $60. b. The pool, owner-maintained, had a sanitizer level so high, it required several doses of chlorine- reducer to bring it to safe-swimming levels c. The pool's pH and alkalinity were so high (the pool is an std, non-salt pool), it required, over a two week period, 1.5 gallons of acid, to bringing to safe-swimming levels d. Yellow algae in large colonies infested the crevices of the ornamental rock submerged surfaces. To kill these algae required, over the next three weeks, repeated brushing. e. There were several problems with the equipment, some probably caused by the water's extreme high pH and extreme high chlorine content. April 21, the motor overheats. f. On April 21, when the motor started to fail, I informed you the motor was overheating, and it was possible for it to go on for another year or longer without replacing it. When later you called wanting to replace it, I mentioned that a whole unit would be, installed, tax included, depending on model and brand, $900 to $1500. April 26, the business relationship end. g. On April 26, next service day, on arrival you informed me that we had not agreed to $120, but to $110 per month. Then you wanted me to take apart the motor, bring it to your car for you to have it repaired, then install it again. Additionally, I would need to fix any other problems present in the equipment. This, you stated, it should be done free of charge since on both days I would not need to clean the pool. The main implication of your review is that a business relationship must relay in mutual trust. I do agree."
I appreciate the fact that Juan takes the time to talk to his customers about what's going on and doesn't rush out like others. Juan takes great pride in his job and it shows and that's the type of person I want to take care of my pool and spa.
I have been using Juan's services for several months and couldn't be happier! Having Juan service my pool and spa puts my mind at ease, because I know that I don't have to worry about anything and if a problem should arise, he will call me immediately with his recommendations. He really goes above and beyond to please his customers!

cleaning day of the week. He is patient about explaining pool maintenance to me, and seems to have a great deal of expertise. I would say he is the sixth service I have tried and is by far the best. He prices himself fairly for the market.
His weekly service is the best I've found in the valley so far. As a note, I found him via Angie's List (as I do all my service providers).
Couldn't be going any better. Juan checks all the chemical levels, and does a superior job of cleaning the pool. He makes recommendations when he sees parts that are wearing out, and when he replaces a part, he shows me the old part before he disposes of it. I now have a pool and spa that I am proud to show to my friends and neighbors, and can enjoy virtually year round. Because of Juan's superior service, I can know that I can safely and securely use my pool and spa.
