appliance repair
+ -1 moreHe removed the motor and ice bucket. He told me the motor was fine but the bolt was stripped that turns the metal rod and brings the ice down the chute to dispense. He ordered a new part and told me he would return as soon as he got it in. He came back just when he said he would and it was all fixed. He was very prepared and professional. He communicated the problem to me and never made me feel silly for asking questions.
Description of Work: Our ice dispenser on our side by side refrigerator wasn't dispensing ice.
