Couple hours to do work as estimated; prompt; efficient.

I am an out of town investor with a property in Las Vegas. There are 2 AC units in the property. The tenant’s dogs did some serious damages to the condensing units in the yard. One was a total loss, the other one was chewed up but still running. The tenant abandoned the the property and I incurred a big loss. The property manager introduced me to a low cost vendor to fix my problem. I came to Las Vegas and met with the vendor. The vendor recommended to me to install a new unit and assured me that he was going to follow all the proper procedures to replace the AC unit for me. When he started to install the unit, I sensed I was in trouble again. He pretty much skipped most of the steps he promised and finished the job quickly. When he left, the newly installed AC did not produce cold air and I was very angry and desperate at this point. I had to go home the next day and I know I could not trust that vendor and let him touch my AC again. I researched online over night and found TNA Heating and Cooling had many good reviews from multiple sites and decided to call TNA first in the morning. I called TNA at 6:00 AM. The owner Tom answer the phone. When I told him my problems, he said he will send out his best guy to my house to check it out for me. When I got to my house from the hotel, Tim from TNA is already here. He spent one hour and half thoroughly checked both units from out side to the attic. He found out the newly installed unit had no refrigerant in it due to a leak in the line set and the previous vendor did not bother to check for leak when he did the installation. He explained to me all the problems he found and he said he would report to Tom the finding and I should call Tom to discuss the repair work. Tom called me and gave a lot of advise of how to make sure to get original vendor to do his job. Tom later went to my property in person to double check the work done by the original vendor. I learned a big lesson in hiring HVAC contractors. Honesty, integrity and of course cost are the most important factors in hiring an contractor. There are hundreds of HVAC contractors in Las Vegas, so which one to choose? TNA Heating and Cooling is the one I trust. Thank you Tom and Tim for helping me out.

We contacted at least six companies to try and get emergency service and TNA was the only company that came through for us. They attempted repair by replacing a valve and adjusting our refrigerant level, but the compressor refused to stay on for more than a few minutes. Everything else was checking out okay (capacitors, etc). They also had us try a thinner filter with more air flow to see if that would resolve it. When that still didn't work they offered to replace the compressor for $1,300 and gave us all the facts about our current unit. It was a 4 ton system made in 2005 but all of the parts inside were replacements so basically an 11 year old system with Frankenstein cobbled together parts. Bearing that in mind, I did not think it wise to invest a new compressor in this unit and decided to go for a replacement. I got a quote for $5,500 for a Trane 3.5 ton 14 seer unit. They encouraged us to seek other quotes and to let them know if we would like to do it. I was really impressed that they actually wanted us to shop around and that they wanted to make sure we got a fair deal. Sure enough, their bid held up against two other companies so we decided to stick with TNA. We absolutely love our new Trane system, it is beyond quiet we can barely hear it running even with it located above our master bedroom. It's keeping the house nice and cool and I'm excited to see hopefully a little decrease on our utility bill. I would use TNA again for my future A/C service needs and would recommend them highly. Oh, also, they were super fast on install day. They had our old system off the roof and the new one craned up and connected in a matter of only a few hours. We are so happy we found these guys. The owner Tom is also a very caring and concerned manager. He followed up after the replacement to see how things were going. I love it when a company actually cares, it is so rare these days.

First when I made the call the office girl was so very nice, she asked me a few quick questions, she than said that she would have a tech at my house within 2 hours. Less than forty-five min later, a guy (I think his name was Del) showed up to check my ac, explained what was actually wrong, even showed me on his meter what wasn?t wrong just to be sure I was getting what I was paying for. He told me a price to repair, and let me call my Dad to make sure it was a good price. Then they even told me that they would be happy to come back latter and do the repair if I wanted to get another opinion. My dad said it was a fair price, even less than what he had paid for similar repairs. I went ahead and had the work done. They had my air conditioning repaired in about 40 minutes and it has been great ever since. These are good people. I will use them again and My dad has actually started using them.

My real estate company has been doing business with TNA for 3 years. This past June I had a unit stolen from a property that I manage. TNA Heating and Cooling was one of the 3 bids to replace it. They came in $1300 under the next lowest bid. They installed the new air conditioner on the same day that we approved it. Since then, they have done numerous heating and AC repairs and installs for my clients as well as myself.
