I got 3 estimates for the job and Titan was the most reasonable of all 3. Joey came out and gave me an estimate and answered all my questions. I was given a start date for the stairs and they stuck to that date. Joey covered code requirements which others did not and time I would be without the use of stairs etc and was very clear this was a major job for us. I took almost a week to redo the treads, spindles rises and trim railing capped off the pony wall and did the two tone without a problem. They left a little stain touch up if needed and cleaned up after they finished.Treads and railings were stained the same with spindles risers and trim were done in white. It turned out great

I thought that Titan Stairs, being a major contractor to many of the home builders in town would be a volume business company that meant fast work, lower quality and barely adequate craftsmanship at a high price. Boy, was I wrong! Showroom - At there showroom, we did not make an appointment but they took care of use very nicely. They showed us all the options, wood options, spindle options, stain options. Measures - they came out to measure our job so they could give us a quote. Quote - They gave us three quotes to either replace the broken or damaged parts of our stairs, to replace only all spindles with iron spindles, or to replace the entire stairs. Work Done - We decided not to half bake this and went with the full replacement. Juan came out and spend two weeks at our place to remove all the stairs and spindles in sections (we have a loft so there were safety concerns). To install stairs is a custom job, you don't have a lot of precut pieces! He customized everything and was meticulous. I felt that he was a true old school craftsman. He probably spent about a total of 70 hours on our project. We have stairs rails, loft area and a balcony. He was truly awesome. I would highly recommend them and use them again. You don't get quality, value pricing and attentive service like this often! Thanks team at Titan Stairs.

Titan worked very hard to get my bid - checked in with me every few days while I was deciding to answer any questions, even lowered the bid price a tad for me, etc. Very good communication initially. Unfortunately for me, once I accepted their bid, my contact at Titan was promoted to another division so there was a little bit of lag time in my new contact reaching out to me. They got started on the project just a few days late but the crew was great, especially Darwin the lead crew guy - he was great and worked very hard and even did the drywall part for me when I was supposed to get another contractor in - he helped me in a pinch. The end result is an absolutely gorgeous stairway - it looks even better than I imagined it would.

The stairs really needed a lot of work after installation. The company was responsive in setting up appointments but not good at keeping up the information. We had at least 3 different workers coming to our house to look at the problems, and none of them were able to follow through with the issues. Finally, we got someone who might be a supervisor to come and look at the problems. The problems were fixed but could have been done better.
