I feel strongly that how a vendor solves a problem is just as important as the work they do. Roman is a great example of a vendor who made a potential negative experience a great one by taking ownership of the issue and correcting it quickly and efficiently himself even coming out on a Saturday. He gave us very honest, helpful information instead of trying to bs us just to get a check. Will definitely call him again if I need work done.
