Roman was terrific. He immediately reached out (was actually the only one) and it was on the holiday. He was flexible with his time and stayed in touch with regard to his arrival. He knew exactly what the problem was and repaired it quickly. Very satisfied.

Roman is not only a very Honest Technician which is hard to find in Las Vegas metropolitan area. But he is Fast Punctual and Best of all Knowledgeable, his intuition goes a long way. I will hire him and recommend his services to all my friends family and neighbors.

The first repair service that came out gave me a quote of $499 to replace the water pump. I told him I might as well get a new one and off he went with 100 dollars. Roman quoted $168 came in cleaned out the pump and hose and now my washing runs great.

Took a few days because of holidays, closed parts' houses, etc. But today, job was finished.. two parts obtained and installed - sump pump and drain hose. He kept us informed, and kept working til job done. Works fine now!
