Did not show up (or call) for appointment! Forced to use them for repair with rain in the forecast. Would not have used them otherwise. Customer service very unprofessional!!! The guy's that did the repair seemed to be good (as long as the roof doesn't leak next rain). Would not recommend!

Service was good. Came a day early which was nice. Won't really know if fixed until next big rain, but they spent a great deal of time making sure they were repairing the roof correctly. They said if any problems, to call and they'd be right out. I'd use again..

They were extremely busy due to our recent heavy rain. They were late for my appointment but they did show up and got the repairs finished before the next round of rain. Their rates are on the high side but it may be a case of you get what you pay for.

Very prompt and thorough

Had an appointment for 8 a.m. They did not show or call. At 10, I called the Estimator. He checked and said the crew was tied up. He came and did the work himself ; no problem with him. Name is Juan Cruz. However, initial quote was very high. When I said I would have to get other bids, the price dropped. Still thought it was high (in total dollars), but not high enough in real dollars to get other bid. Work actually took less than 2 hours so price was $200/hour.. Also, was not told that there would age a credit card surcharge until the job was done. I paid it but when the CC went thru the office had added ANOTHER CC SURCHARGE. I called the office and they did remove it.
