Description of Work: They installed their system and included a one year supply of soap, laundry, dishwasher detergent, cleaner, glass cleaner and a useless hotel package. It was high pressured sales and the freebies were not necessary. |I paid way too much and financed part of the purchase BUT they don't tell you the high interest rate when you sign up. |In 2015 I have purchased a new home and got a better system from another company for one third less the price of H2O to go.

Description of Work: Salesman, Eric, was very professional and informative. We were able to make the great educated decision to purchase our SSR whole home water conditioning system. We are already noticing an amazing difference just two days after installation. Also, our installation was complete just a few hours after purchase. Excellent customer service.

Description of Work: They installed a new water softening system and a new RO system. My household water is 78% pure now and the Ro system not only provides added magnesium and calcium but the water is alkaline which is very important to me. I tell friends you could drink from my toilets if you want. But the RO water is the best! My 10 yr old grandson even said the water tastes so good! This was an investment but I think well worth it! Best system ever.

Description of Work: Representative looked at my 20 year old non-working unit without shaking his head or casting aspersions and professionally analyzed the problem(s). He told me what I could fix, and what it would cost, with no pressure to buy new. In fact, he analyzed our water and commented that quality was pretty good for unsoftened water. I decided to buy new anyway, based on the age of my unit and the reasonable cost of an upgrade. It was a very good decision. A new Custom 3000 was installed quickly the next day, and our efficient, courteous plumber even fixed a nearby outdoor faucet (no charge) where I had noticed a slow leak. My new unit works like a charm. We noticed the difference immediately, particularly while showering. I'll call H2O to Go with any future softener needs.

Description of Work: The sales people came out, immediately they started with some stuff that didn't make sense. How they're system is not a water Softner but it uses salt..... |At the end the price was $10,000 but if I give three people names that want to buy a system they would cut the price in half to $5000. That just doesn't make sense. |Definitely not happy with them.

Description of Work: We had H2o to Go to install a RO and Water softener system. The install went smooth. The problem we're having is the water coming out of the RO is cloudy. We called the company and they came out promptly. But the problem didn't get fixed. We were given a lame excuse as to why. The water is still cloudy to this day. We haven't been given a reason why.

Description of Work: We were impressed with the apparent honesty of the sales rep. and knew our water was quite "hard". We called later the same day and ordered their mid range system with reverse osmosis for drinking water. The plumber was here the next day and installed the system in approximately 2 hours. He was efficient and knowledgeable. We are now enjoying soft water and good drinking water. No more plastic water containers!

Description of Work: Replaced old water system that was over fifthteen years old with more modern system. They replaced the old system on the same day of the intial appointment. We found Eric very knowledgeable about the water conditions here in Nevada and the system best suited for our situation. The installer, Jason, was prompt and efficient and explained the new system thouroughly. H2O to Go service is excellent.

But I couldn t stand the hard water any longer. To my relieve it turned out to be one of the best experiences I have had with a service company here in Las Vegas. The price seemed right, they delivered what was promised and best of all they gave me a time so I didn t have to wait for them all day.
Description of Work: They replaced a TFC Membrane some Filters and explained the water softener to me.

I did have a similar system in my old home and so I kind of knew what to expect; however they surpassed my expectations. We thought that they were very clean in their installation process and also respectful of my home.
