I called for an estimate and the owner Anthony came by the next day. He was a very personable young man, and seemed very interested in making my idea's into reality. I didn't know a lot about laminate, so he showed me some samples, and helped me with color selection by telling me the wood I was interested in was the same one he had in his own home, and that I would be very happy with it. That got me off the fence about picking a color and he was right, I am just delighted with it. I have to say the same about the tile selection, I had a little concern because, there was already existing tile in the kitchen that was put in by the builder. The tile I chose was a slightly different color but Anthony assured me, it would work, and again, he was right. Work began in a couple of days and there were no problems. I was not actually occupying the property yet, so I arrived to let the workers in the morning, they stayed and worked all day, locked up and I would stop by after work to make sure everything was in good order, and it was. The first day was mostly prep work, and I mentioned to one of the workers Mario, that I wanted some of the carpet pad saved to put under my area rugs, he cut me several pieces that fit almost exactly. Day two about 6 guys showed up and it looked like the biggest part of the project was about to begin. Again, I stopped by after work, and could not believe the transformation, it was beautiful! These guys are fast. The only glitch was that the corner pieces of molding were not available from the supplier, and it was a holiday weekend, so there was a little delay in finishing. However, the flooring guys, worked around the painter, and it all worked out in the end. I communicated with Anthony mostly by email, and if I had any concerns, he addressed them without hesitation, he never made me feel like anything I wanted was out of the question. In the end, there were a few pieces of furniture that had not been returned to their original spots, because the painter was still finishing up. Anthony and his partner, moved the few pieces back, and even moved a couple of pieces upstairs to different locations then they were originally. All I can say is BRAVO Anthony, to you and your staff. I cannot believe any negative review ( if there are any) about this company. You have to be reasonable and let people do their work, however, since I too work with the public, I realize there are some people that are never satisfied. My advice, look at the majority of wonderful reviews on this company, and ignore the one bad apple. I intend to use Anthony again in the future when I need new carpeting for my rental property.

We were able to get in touch with Anthony from Entourage to replace the carpet in our 2 guest bedrooms. The carpet that he showed us was exactly the type we explain to him, and he even moved all of the furniture at no charge for being a return customer. I appreciate the fact that Anthony took the time to explain the different types of carpet, and took into consideration the fact of my animals, and family stays in those rooms while on vacation. I had work done by Entourage about 2 years agao. Even though this job was not a big one.... it was comforting to know that they are still around, and have not changed one bit! It is very easy, and stress-less working with Anthony and his crews. Once again, they did another awesome job, and I know that if there is anything else I need as far as flooring... I can always call on them! Thank you guys!!!

The flooring is beautiful! We jerked around with several other companies in the process of obtaining estimates, but none of the other representatives had the knowledge and willingness to work with our finicky choices that Anthony Herlihy did. He spent the better part of a week simply finding a product that would satisfy us. The job took three days, but was done in an efficient and very clean manner. Anthony's crew was professional and very, very courteous. We are exceedingly happy with the results and strongly recommend Entourage to anyone considering hardwood flooring.

first day was a nightmare, but the second day went well. They almost set my condo on fire, filling it with smoke, shutting the the fire system down for the whole building. That part was the worst, though there were other problems. The head of security had his hands full, making sure that they followed the safety codes. We ( HOA, me and their employees) kept on calling for a supervisor to come down, but that didn't happen until later in the day. The second day went well. The only problem on the second day was the mess they left in the hallway and on my balcony.

1100 sq ft home in TWO DAYS!!! These guys are good. Anthony & James are courteous, professional and flexible. All the carpet in my mother's home was replaced with wide plank engineered wood. Although Entourage has good prices on flooring, mom chose from a local store. Anthony made sure we had the right amount and even arranged for pick-up!! Val, the installer, started bright and early. He knows his trade, and is quick & diligent..... Two days later, all flooring laid and new baseboards installed too. Communication with everyone in this company was spot on. This experience was EFFORTLESS. Thank You! Thank You!

We wanted to replace the carpet in the family room and the read walkway and the linoleum flooring in the kitchen. Hated it!! Initially, we were considering wood flooring; then wood textured tile, but both proved the least cost effective for our budget. We contacted Anthony (ENTOURAGE). Anthony called me back, but was unable to make an appointment due to medical reasons. Instead, he sent his partner (James). James arrived and we discussed some ideas. After about a week, Anthony called and arranged another meeting to discuss our options. I informed Anthony that he were considering tile flooring. He was very accommodating and flexible. James and he arrived with flooring samples. He mentioned various options, and arrived at italian porcelain tile samples. I immediately thought about the cost!! Tony reassured me by presenting some nice samples at a good price. He laid out several tile samples, but he presented a wonderful sample that enhanced the room. We selected that sample and requested Anthony to provide two estimates of diagonal and straight design. Anthony informed us that diagonal gave a larger impression of the room. They were within our budget, so we went with the more expensive diagonal design. We scheduled the work to be completed by Thanksgiving. The workers on Saturday, on time and prepared. We examined the condition of all appliances and discussed where to place the items to be removed, like the stove and refrigerator. The workers worked non stop (4 workers). The entire job took only a day and 1/2. They cleaned after themselves and removed all carpet and flooring, plus returned the entertainment center. The result is a open area that once was ugly with linoleum and dust catching carpet. The diagonal design proved a wonderful suggestion from Anthony, and we selected the grout, which compliments the tile. Although we gave glaring marks, there was one hiccup that Anthony quickly resolved in a very compassionate and professional manner. What a great experience!!

They quoted me under $1000 for the labor. The price was going to cost me more, but another guy quoted less. I was pleased with the service of Entourage. Their professional stood out the most to me.

From the very first time we met Anthony and James, we were impressed with their knowledge and openness about the pros and cons of various types of flooring. They are the kind of men that look you in the eye when they answer your questions. We didn't feel like we were being sold whatever was easiest for them to put in- we felt like we were assisted in our decisions and were given honest answers to our questions. They clearly had many years of experience and were able to answer every question and further, they explained the "whys" behind the answers. This made us feel very confident with their knowledge. Anthony and James assisted us all through the decision process and quoted us the most reasonable price AND the fastest schedule as we had a tight time constraint to meet. The other flooring companies we consulted were either way too high on the price, didn't show up at the appointed time or couldn't get the specific product we chose. The project went smoothly from beginning to end. We requested that Anthony remove the old floor while we waited for the vinyl floor to arrive so that we could repaint the inside of the house prior to the new flooring being installed. He immediately accommodated our request. The new floor arrived on time and Anthony had his crew there on a Saturday to install the new floor. Those men worked hard all day to finish laying the floor. It was beautiful! There were a few minor changes that we requested just after the vinyl installation and prior to the baseboard installation. Anthony immediately worked with us - again explaining the "whys" of working with sheet vinyl. The next day the baseboards were installed and the appliances/toilets reinstalled. We can't begin to say how pleased we are with the results! The complete job is flawless - and we are VERY picky! Anthony and James went through the house with us checking all of the work and telling us how to clean and care for the floor. Anthony and James were men of integrity. Their crews were all professionals, were very polite and cleaned up completely each day. The work was completed on time and on budget and to our complete and total satisfaction. It doesn't get any better than that!!

I recently purchased a house in Las Vegas and moved from Pennsylvania. Due to a specific hardwood I preferred I purchased it and brought it with me. I had previously worked with another contractor who unfortunately quoted me a very high price for installation (quite a bit higher than I had expected). I contacted Anthony based on other reviews and ratings on Angies List. At the time I contacted Anthony, I had not moved into the house yet and was not local. I provided him construction drawings of the house I had picked up from the county so that he could have something to go on until I was local. The day I arrived in Vegas, he was here within about 3 hours to take a look in person and go over a few things. A few days later he had people here installing the wood. Any questions or concerns I had were promptly answered by him or his employees. I couldn't be happier with the work OR the prices. His prices even without the Angies list coupon were very reasonable. I have additional work to be completed in the house in other rooms soon and I definitely plan on contacting Anthony again.

There was nothing that I disliked about them. Anthony Herlihy is the owner of this company and he did a great job with the installation. He promised a date as to when the installation would take place. He used to communicate with me often and would let me know what the things were. His estimate was exactly the same when he had the finished the job and he would have the highest recommendation for someone else that was looking out for flooring in this area. They did an excellent job. I had requested three different quotes but Entourage’s was the most competitive quote taking into account the material too.

Service performed swimmingly. Even with unscheduled delay but was very accommodating. Very professional management with great communications with texts, emails and phone calls. Definitely would recommend and return business for future needs.

When obtaining quotes for replacing our carpeting, we were visited by four different contractors named on Angie's List. Three of them, including Entourage, got back to us with estimates. Anthony promptly called to schedule an estimate when it was convenient for one of us to be home. During the appointment, he and James were very easy to talk to, and they answered all of our questions satisfactorily. Anthony was also very good about getting back to us by phone when we thought of additional questions. After taking measurements, Anthony sent us detailed quotes via e-mail. About a week later, we requested another appointment for Entourage to bring us carpet samples. At that time, we decided we wanted to go with 80-oz. carpeting instead of 60-oz. as was originally quoted. During that meeting, Anthony was able to wirelessly send us revised quotes reflecting the upgraded carpet. Upon receiving three contractor quotes, we compared prices. Entourage may have been comparable to the other two IF they didn't offer a fantastic discount to us as Angie's List members. However, the discount dramatically reduced their quote compared to the other two; even with upgraded carpet and 8-lb. pad (compared to 6-lb. pad quoted by others), they were at least $500 less expensive. If you decide to use Entourage, like we did, don't forget to mention that you found them on Angie's List! Once we informed Anthony we were awarding the project to Entourage, he followed up with us to make an appointment for installation. The lead time was just over a week and a half because of the time it took to order the carpet, and when one of us would be home for the work to be done. On the day of installation, Anthony kept in touch to let us know once the carpet had been picked up and when the installers would be arriving. The guys that came to install the carpet were very hard-working, and the end result came out wonderfully! The seams are invisible, and the joints where the carpet meets tile/baseboard are very cleanly finished. Anthony even called to follow up with us on our thoughts once the project was completed. We absolutely love the plush feeling of our new 80-oz. carpet, and the color we chose was perfect for our home. In a few months, we will have Entourage give us a quote for some other rooms because we were so pleased by them during this entire process. This is a top-notch company, licensed and insured, and we highly recommend them for your flooring needs.

I got multiple bids for the job and chose Entourage based on price (he has great deals on high end plush carpets ... just ask), prior Angie's List reviews, and my feeling from meeting with him and I'm glad I did. The new flooring looks and feels great. I wasn't around for the installation but the crew did a good job and cleaned up after themselves. Anthony the owner is professional, easy to work with, responsive and honest. He was straightforward in all our dealings and I will definitely use him in the future for my investment properties. Highly recommended!

I never write reviews but I?m so happy about the way my flooring turned out that I really want everyone to call these guys. I just moved into a new house and had to replace most of the flooring. I did a combination of carpet and wood. After collecting some bids from other companies I decided to call Entourage. A friend of mine had some flooring done by them and they recommended that I give them a call. They were the only ones out of 3 companies that actually showed up when they said they would and they were the least expensive too. Anthony and James came by to measure and they were very professional. I thought I knew exactly what I wanted but after going over everything with them they gave me some recommendations that would save me some money and look even better. I?m so glad I listened to them because my floor looks AMAZING. They were really quick too, everything was done in about two days. I couldn?t be happier, my new house looks fantastic. When Anthony came to estimate the job, he took a lot of time going over different options with us. We like the fact that he wasn't pushy, and actually listened to our ideas. There were some challanges with the angles of the walls and tons of furniture, but everything came out wonderful. When we accepted the job, it was a 2 day turnaround. The crew was very pleasent, and took care of our things as if it was their own. I had a great experience with Entourage, and Anthony even came back to inspect the final job, before he accepted the balance of the c.o.d. These guys were great, and I will be using them again for my rental house as well. Thanks for a great job!!! :-)
