We plan to sell our house soon. We hired Always Construction to paint our home because we wanted things fixed, not just covered up. Julian, of Always Construction, gave us that option: fixing things to our satisfaction and painting the entire surfaces. The full service is more expensive than having just a painter. The workers were pleasant, easy to work with, and aware of our needs and schedules. If we found an item that they did miss, we had only to point out the oversight and it was fixed – all within the original price. As the job neared completion, they gave a temporary walk through and together we found more things that needed attention. Done the next day! Having your home painted inside is a very disruptive operation. Always Construction made the operation about as smooth and professional as anyone could have. Good job!

We have an older home at the north end of Santa Fe with wood trim over windows and portals, wooden portal ceilings and extensive wrought iron railings and gates. We also have a long staircase, mostly plastic, but with wooden stringers, from the pool area to an upper deck, and several wooden doors and gates. The project comprised preparing and painting the several surfaces, while insuring that the adjacent swimming pool and patio areas were protected from debris and paint spatters. In addition, we needed some carpentry to repair and replace doors, and an interior task to refinish the front door and shelves to match a wooden ceiling by faux-painting. Always Construction did a great job on all our tasks. They worked conscientiously, keeping the several areas free of any errors. They arrived on time and were always courteous and helpful in explaining their plans. They accommodated instances of inclement weather by properly scheduling efforts to keep the project moving. Julian maintained contact with the job, while the painter and carpenter he provided were excellent craftsmen. All told, this was a very good experience, and we would recommend Always Construction Services without reservation.

Julian said he would send three painters he sent two. One room was painted the wrong color. The bathrooms were supposed to be in an egg shell finish they were not. Julian said he would come be every day to check on the work, he didn't. One of the painters parked his truck in my driveway and left a very large pool of oil. The driveway had only recently been pored. Julian tried several times to remove the stain and suggested acid I again told him the concrete was still green he said he would dilute the acid. He again told me I know what I am doing I have been in this business thirty years. My concrete is now etched from the acid. Julian then wanted to stain my driveway I said no I had enough.
