Great communication. Provider was punctual and returned my calls immediately. He brought his own Shop Vac to vacuum up the debris that had collected in the cooler over the winter. Several weeks after the initial service, one of my coolers began leaking as the float could not be adjusted to stop the water flow. I called American Mechanical on Tuesday, immediately received a return call, and scheduled an appointment for Friday. They called Friday morning to confirm the appointment. The provider showed up on time, fixed the float on the leaking cooler. There was no charge for this service as he said he guaranteed his work. Very nice people to work with.

Work required cutting through two interior drywalls to gain access to tub and shower fittings. Approach was knowlegeable and professional--relatively clean, if cutting drywall can ever be clean! Work delayed when owner had to obtain parts not locally available. When parts arrived, Jay completed the work promptly. Two other master plumbers of different firms had tried to fix the Hansgrohe shower set and failed. Jay studied the literature, discovered the basic problems (improper initial installation) and made the right changes.The other work was routine but with unusual challenges. Jay Sartin, part owner of American Mechanical, handled the whole job very professionally.

We did not have water in the house because of the place the pipe broke. It seemed they made it a priority to schedule an appt. for us since we had no water. They showed up on time and did the work efficiently and well. They also did not charge us for the time it took to go find a part they didn't have on the truck. It's a family-run small business that I would call on again.
