Shawn was very helpful, professional and efficient. He was easy to talk to and made sure that we understood everything. He went out of his way to discuss some of our other plumbing concerns as well.

Scott Brown was willing to spend time explaining what he was going to do. Looked at circuit breaker box in relation to installation of a circuit breaker option to protect our equipment. Reviewed how to set the thermostat for heat and cooling system. (Very helpful). Went about work in a methodical manner. I have no idea as to competence. Good customer relations skills.

We discovered a leak in the garage coming from the water shutoff valve. It appeared that it had just happened as the water had not gone very far. It was Sunday, so we knew it would be difficult and expensive to find a plumber over the weekend. I started calling plumbers from Angie's List, to be precise four, and Wagner Mechanical returned my call first. The plumber Joe Pino arrived promptly after the call and proceeded to diagnose the problem and gave us an estimate for the job. He worked diligently and promptly. The new shutoff valve he installed has an on/off handle that is easier and faster to operate.

There were no troubles with scheduling and no additional costs beyond the price of the deal. They cleaned up well after completing work. It was a good experience.

Pricey but prompt and professional.

An initial inspection of my leaking garbage disposal by Wagner Mechanical showed no leaks however, the disposal continued to leak so I had to call another plumber who had to install a new garbage disposal. When Mr. Scott Ruch (General Manager) found out that I had hired another plumber to correct the problem his plumber's had missed he was very apologetic and offered to reimburse me for the the total cost of the bill. I'll call Wagner Mechanical for my plumbing needs in the future because there a very few companies left today that do the right thing. BRAVO MR. RUCH!

He never showed up. I couldnt leave a message as their mailbox was full. I did leave a message on their regular business line. They called me this morning instead when I had an emergency last night.

The estimate was done promptly, the same day I called the company. The Technician who prepared the estimate was the same person who installed the water heater which I considered a definite plus. The price was higher than some other estimates I received, but I think the overall quality of the work justified the extra cost. The technician assured me the existing wooden stand was OK so I am satisfied; it just doesn't look new like the rest of the installation. So, Wagner personnel came to my house to review the work and decided to put a metal cover over the stand. On the original installation, the Technician showed up when he said he would in the morning and the whole process was complete by noon. We only did without water for few minutes and the Technician gave us plenty of warning before he made the change over. Wagner will follow-up with the "beautification" of my stand within a few days. They are willing to go the extra mile to insure customer satisfaction. I am happy with Wagner Mechanical and will use them again if the occasion arises.

Derek Ramirez was the person who came to my house and provided me on timely manner with a quote. However we have decided to use another company.

They solved the problem and they did fine. They were punctual.

Install went great....kudos to wagner for having highly trained techinicians....this started as a simple water heater inspection and flush...but when the tech(Mo) looked at my heater he immediately told me it was unsafe and really needed to be replaced....so he contacted the sales rep, who came out on a sunday to meet with me, and we were able to find a system that worked for my budget... The day of the install went great....Wagner was willing to work with my schedule and come on a Saturday, and the guys showed up at 9 am and worked straight through for about 6 hours with no lunch to get my job done on time...they were professional, courteous and vey knowledgable...my system is working great, I have had no problems and it has really made a positive impact on my gas bill.... I would recommend wagner to anyone who needs work like this done, and I intend to use them for future projects...

FOR THREE DAYS STRAIGHT THE INSTALL CREW ARRIVED ON TIME AND READY TO WORK, THEY WORE SHOE COVERS, AND COVERED MY WOOD FLOOR WITH PROTECTORS WHERE THEY WORKED, AND FOR THE WORK THEY DID, IT IS VERY BEAUTIFUL I WANT TO SHOW IT OFF, AND I ALMOST FEEL BAD THAT IT IS BEHIND CLOSED DOORS IN A CLOSET, THIS SYSTEM IS SO QUIET I CAN ENJOY WATCHING TV NOW, AND FOR THE TANKLESS WATER HEATER I DONT KNOW HOW I EVER LIVED WITHOUT ONE. I WOULD RECOMMEND ANYONE LOOKING TO GET REFRIGERATED AIR TO GO WITH WAGNER MECHANICAL, IM GLAD WE DID!!

The front office gave notification that the repairman should arrive at my address in approximately 20 minutes. The repairman arrived promptly on time and quickly assessed the problem. Trevor was courteous, efficient and proficient. He quickly collected the materials needed and made the repair.

We appreciated that the salesman did not take hours of our time. He was prepared with his notebook and gave his quote. We felt that one of the other companies we looked it offered us more expertise in the air conditioner conversion.

The did show up on time and they knew their product line however I did not care for the single pricing for all similar product or brands I know that different brands cost more or less, Grouping and charging the same high price for all product just didn't seem right. I end up going with a different company who provide a top of the line product for several thousand less dollars

Wagner was very responsive to my request for an estimate on a hot water heater replacement and the on-demand system. He came out almost immediately and to accommodate my schedule. He told me that an on-demand system would cost around $6000 to install and he recommended against it based on the type of hot water and home heating/cooling system I have. He gave me a quote of $2400 to replace the hot water heater and install a recirculating pump instead of an on-demand system. He was able to accommodate my schedule for the installation and we set an appointment. I was able to negotiate the price down to about $2300. I had quite a bit of sticker-shock with his price. I called another local plumber who quoted me the price of $1050 for the same job. For half of Wagner's price, I got the same job done. I have no complaints at all about the responsiveness and accommodations. The only complaint I have is for the excessive price. The office was excellent in setting an appointment and a reminder and has been very responsive since in following-up with me even though I did not use their services. If it were not for the excessive price of the service, I would work with Wagner in the future.

Everything went well, but they didn't pass electrical inspection. They had to come back and properly wire control switch.

Bottom line: Wagner was amazing. Read on for details. I have hired the lowest bidder several times over the years. It ended up being a waste of money. They never figured out what was wrong with my boiler or AC. Turns out the guys at the "other company" who installed my all new AC system 8 years ago were completely incompetent, and not surprising went out of business. The AC would freeze up and never worked right. Other services I hired as the years went on couldn't figure out what the other company had done wrong. Everything has been put in perfect working order after we met Scott Ruch, the operations manager at Wager Mechanical. Wagner fixed everything. Everything. And then we added on a few more items I'd always wanted. We got a new boiler. Water heaters. Whole house water purification. Completely new AC ductwork, and package units. Bathroom exhaust fans x 3. External hose bibs x 10. New LED lights x 50. Outdoor light fixtures x 12. New chandelier. New disposal. Almost everything was installed perfectly the first time. With a job this big, when a few minor complications happened, the complication was resolved quickly and at no additional cost to us. Scott Ruch and the crew at Wagner made everything work. On top of all that, every man wearing a Wagner uniform was polite and courteous with no exceptions. Two thumbs up.

They were great. They didn’t try to push any other services of on me which I appreciated very much. I told them when I get ready to replace the commode I would call them. It was a big deal purchase. It was fine because of the deal. On Angie’s List the deal was fine. They were here before I wanted them here.

The tech (sorry I don't remember his name) was highly professional and veru informative. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the toilet and - as part of the big deal - he inspected the remainder of the home. He wrote up a report, along with estimates for what Wagner would charge and answered all questions I had. I was very impressed. Calling in and setting up the appointment was easy ... I got a reminder call with the name of the tech who was coming and the tech was excellent. Overall it was a great experience.

They were on top of my job - when my wife or i had questions, they were answered. They are responsive but a little pricey.
