They did not accomplish the heavy sanding of all surfaces promised, and skipped some areas that are noticeable. Also, some parts of the wood floor did not receive even sanding, and appear wavy to the eye.

Rebel Wood Floors scheduled their service at my convenience, and arrived promptly. All work was performed as we had agreed and the price was as stipulated.

Don't offer false advirtising. This company only used this coupon as a way to connect with possible future clients. They would not do the work I paid for because the actual cost of the work promised in the coupon, was much more expensive in reality. the rep told me that his company does not financially benefit from the coupon. all of that money goes to Angie's List. He didn't care that I was going to call and get my money back, which I did. He strickly wanted to try to get a bigger "project" scheduled as a result of my interest/purchase. This is completely inaproppriatet. You need to not allow this. I expect to get what I pay for. I am no longer supporting Angi's List because of this situation. In addition, the majority of the contacts I have used, have not been good.

I was very please with their overall work. They were friendly, very respectful, professional, clean. I have recommended Rebel to my sister and I would definitely recommend them to anyone else who is in need of refinishing wood floors.

I contacted Chris via the listing on Angie's list and we set an appointment to evaluate the work to be done. He and his employees were always prompt and did a great job.

I purchased a dry sand and finish for a small utility area in my sisters home, and when Rebel Flooring arrived, they said that this process would not work and quoted a much higher price for a different kind of service. Upon their explaining the coupon discrepancy, and taking my situation into consideration, we arrived at a very reasonable comprimise. The work they did was first rate and they made everything righy. I will absolutely use Rebel Florring in the future and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

They arrived promptly even 10 minutes early did an excellent job replaced heavy items as needed Started Tuesday morning ending Thursday morning. Floors look wonderful!! !Price was the best quote out of 3 companies. I would definetely use them again they were very professional and friendly.

They had been recommended by somebody who told us that they did a great job. They were little higher to contact. It took a long time to put them to respond. They were busy. They came out. They took notes but they didn’t really use their notes. They were six people so they were busy and fast. They did a beautiful job on the kitchen floor. They moved stoves and refrigerators and then they moved them back. They damaged things and broke screen doors. They made eight inch scratch on the refrigerator with full scratches. They handled it professionally. The owner, who was not working, handled everything in a responsible manner. He made a note of the scratches and it had to be dented. We ended up putting a magnetic picture over it. They shouldn’t have moved the furniture. When they moved the dishwasher, it has never worked since they have put it back. They said that there was a leak in my copper pipe. It had been there from thirty or thirty five years and had never been a problem. The stove has never been in balance. They shouldn’t be doing some things that they are not confident to do. It was very convenient for me and them to move those things. They charged extra $100 to move things and I paid them. But the owner handle every damage, malfunction, and every situation. He handled it professionally, consciously, and rationally. I was given discounts for damage to two screen doors, the refrigerator, and the cracks that they had missed pudding in the wood floor furnishing. They were quick and fast. I told them to close the curtain of the living room for security reasons. They finished the third quote of the paint. I asked them why they had not closed the curtain. They said they forgot and they would not be able to do that as the floor was wet. One of the crew used my bathroom and did not flush. On the final day of inspection, we walked into the house with nicely done floor and there was a stench and I told them that the toilet was used and left. The owner said that he would first answer my questions and then severely speak to the crew. The floor work looks good but in terms of the other little things, it was annoying for me. The owner handled it and he couldn’t have done it more professionally and rationally. He paid for every indiscretion and everything that his crew mistakenly did. They knew how to do floors. They shouldn’t be doing something. If they are doing it, they should be doing it correctly. They did quality job. Their price was good. The way thing was left in the toilet was unprofessional but the way the owner handled it, couldn’t have been done more professionally. I’m a non smoker and they left cigarette buds all over my property. I didn’t notice that until they left. I’m very impressed by the way the owner handled everything. It was clear and done consciously. He was not emotional. He saw I was not happy. He understood that. I had a beautiful floor at the end; the process was irritating. Finally the cigarette bud was irritating. I would want to hire them but I don’t know how. It’s undetermined whether or not I would use them in the future.

It turned out well and the wood flooring looks great, but they took way longer than they said they were going to take. They subcontracted for the kitchen to be retiled and they underestimated the amount of tile by like 300 square feet. So the job including the tile work was about $7000. We bought our own wood. They did a good job trying to lay it down in the difficult areas and to make it look finished. My husband and I were overall very happy with the final product. I was disappointed a little bit because we ended up cleaning a lot of stuff. So they didn?t totally finish the cleanup job. My husband would use their services again since he was the main one involved with the job.

Floors were scarred and discolored and were very much in need of being refinished. James and his crew were professional, punctual (each day) and very, very pleasant. The floors look great! Excellent experience all around.

Jim showed up for a free estimate. We accepted and he and his workers showed up right on time. They did an excellent job quickly and efficiently. They moved the furniture, laid the flooring, cleaned up when finished and replaced the furniture within the price quoted. We are very glad we hired them and will do it again.

This company is extraordinary. They were punctual, professional, intelligent, ideal partners in the project, contributing ideas, expertise, aesthetics. For example, we were using two different woods, and we ran out of one kind.They were kind enough to wait for it to arrive. When it wasn't the right wood, they tried to find it for us at their sources, but when they couldn't find a match that satisfied them, they advised us to wait, again, until the right wood came in, so that the job would be done right, without complaining, without an extra fee. Not to mention their humor, politeness and all around good spirits . It was a pleasure to have them around. They did a fabulous installation, and I can't imagine why anyone would hire anyone else.

The day they were supposed to start they forgot to show up. Very apologetic they came the following day and did two days work in order to make up for it. The finish did not come out even, so they returned twice to try to make it right. I was ready to give up, but they said they would do it once more. I believe they gave it their best effort yet it really didn't come out quite right.

Jim is very punctual and customer service oriented. He does a quality job. After her resealed our hardwood floor, there were some places that scratched when we replaced the furniture. We waited the 24 hours to put the furniture back, as Jim had told us to, but there was some scratching, probably because the sealer wasn't quite set. Jim came back out and resanded and resealed the areas in question as soon as I called him about the issue, and told me not to hesitate to call him if another issue arose. All that said, I don't think the filler for the floor cracks matched the floor so well, but I did not find it bothersome enough to talk with Jim about it. So he did a good job in general, and was very responsive to the one issue I talked with him about. Further, he is extremely affordable--I was surprised I could get such a result for my floor for so little money.

Jim and his staff were extremely courteous and hard working and delivered on everything that they promised. The price is completely unparalleled. If you are looking to put in hardwood floors (to help with allergies, for example), you need to call Jim to help you out and to be able to afford this quality of life.

Jim is a pleasure to work with and does fast, quality work. The only thing I would have done differently is ask him to empty his dust collecting bags into a plastic trash bag because when the trash truck dumped our trashcan a rain of sawdust covered my front yard and car, which was pretty funny to see but my wife and probably the truck driver weren't too thrilled ;)

Overall, it went really well. I had originally told him it was a red color wood and so they used the wrong color, at first, to patch the floor. When they came out to inspected it, they told us that they would fix it. They ordered the right wood and redid the work. It looks great. The patch completely blends in with the rest of the floor. They were also great about working with our scheduling.

Jim and his helper were friendly, prompt, and very professional. They completed the job quickly and the floors look very nice. Jim was willing to retouch as needed, and even helped me move the furniture back into the living room the next day. Since I'm a perfectionist, I wish more attention would have been paid to the small details (little holes/gaps in the putty, places where the finish is a bit uneven and so on).

Mr. Popiolek was easy to contact. He came to give an estimate the following day and we agreed to a start date and time which was met exactly!!! It took about 2 1/2 days. He is very easy to work with and REALLY does guarantee his work to your satisfaction......with a smile!!!!! We will use him again when we are ready to refinish another area of our home.

Excellent...when the man says 8 AM he means he will be there at 7:59 AM. Finished the job early...did a nice job. No story to tell...as straightforward as it can get.
