Description of Work: Chris and crew are very professional. Product was a wood floor which they stained and finished. Result was excellent with the exception of a flaw in one board. We informed Chris and he and his crew came out within a few days, fixed the problem to be invisible. Very good experience.

Description of Work: Removed carpet and refinished underlying wood floors in 2 bedrooms total 675 sf; matched and installed / finished oak hardwood floors in 285 SF bedroom. Very professional and excellent quality work. They "helped" (the kind of help where you could be a 90 y.o. woman with a bad back) move the furniture and window treatments and "helped" replace same. Very pleased.

Description of Work: Removed carpet, padding, tack strips in living room, master bedroom/walk in closet, and 2 guest bedrooms and replaced with solid oak flooring. Chris and his team always showed up on time, were very professional craftsmen, and completed the work as scheduled. The floors look great and far exceeded my expectations. Description of Work: The first time they were supposed to come for an estimate, they never showed up. Then, since we had already purchased the coupon, we decided to reschedule. At that time they came in and gave us an estimate which almost tripled the cost of the square foot the coupon had offered. We felt it had been a scam to get their foot in the door and the homeowner to feel obligated.

Description of Work: The hardwood floor in a large office space was completely sanded and refinished. The crew came in on Day One on time and ready to work. Mr. St. John, came with them and spent most of the day. The next day, a smaller crew arrived to do a final "screen" of the floor and lay down another coat of finish. The crews were neat and very clean. They were careful to use a back door to bring in their machinery even though it meant going around the house to do so. And they were respectful of our pets. The room was not usable for at least three days, in order to allow the finish to seal properly and the smell was pretty strong for that time. But the floor looks beautiful! The company is clearly experienced and very professional. Mr. St. John was friendly, open and helpful. Since our "job" was close in time and place with another pre-scheduled job, Mr. St. John discounted travel fees and awarded a 10% Angie's discount. Additionally, when I asked if he would amend the job order to include a small closet for an extra fee, he threw in the closet for free. I'm very satisfied with the work of Rebel Floor and I would happily recommend them to others. Art Encinias
