I had a dual sink with some older faucet valves and p-trap that needed replacement. I was amazed that they were able to come by the same afternoon I put out a request and they gave me a quote immediately. Clint and Joseph were very friendly; they took the time to explain any questions I had regarding the work (I'm not very well-versed in home improvement). My husband and I were impressed and would happily hire this company for any plumbing needs in the future.

Clint and Joseph showed up on time and were able to complete the quoted job. I was extremely impressed by how professional these guys are. They moved a center drain to left hand drain and installed tub. All in one day!!! These guys are my go to plumber!

Very professional yet friendly. Did a thorough job removing old â Orangebergâ sewer line and replacing it with modern materials. They were on the job the follow day and worked quickly and efficiently. Returned the yard to the previous landscaping. Price was very reasonable and I highly recommend Michael and his crew for any plumbing work you have.

I need a gas pipe capped off. I tried one of the bigger companies who kept me waiting all day and then late in the afternoon, told me they were too busy to complete my job but could come the next day. I cancelled as I had to work and they had already wasted my time. I placed a work request on Angi and received a call from MRM in a couple of hours. They gave me a quote and said they would be there early the next morning and said I didn't need to be there. and that I could pay by phone later. The next day, I had my pipe capped off and I had to call them to make my payment!

Quoted me a price for the work. When he was finished, he said it would not be as much work, but, still charged the same price. Said he would email me a receipt and never did. He also said a faucet on another job needed replacement. Another plumber only needed to replace the gasket at a much lower price.

Completed the work on the same day that I put in th request, even though it was already afternooon. Probably because of the rapid service, the technicians were unable to provide an invoice. It took a few days to get it from the owner. In the end it was exactly the amount he quoted over the phone and less than other estimates. Would recommend this company.

I got a call from Mike about 9:30 am and he was on site by 10:30...We agree on a price after the decision was made that the main was leaking and had his work crew on site by 12:00. By 5pm they had most of the ditch work done and were going to work through the rest of the evening but I told them to come back tomorrow since it was late even though Mike said they could finish tonight. They were back in the AM lead by Clint Eastwood and finished up the job with almost everything restored to the way it was. The work was excellent and every question I had was answered by the crew. Would defiantly would use them again and I would highly recommend them!!

Asked for full payment and failed to complete the work described on contract. Work failed inspection. Refused to correct without $1300.00 additional money

Part of our sewer pipes under the house were cast iron and rotted out. Mike came out the same day we called to give us an estimate, if I had not read the reviews I would have been very skeptical of the price he quoted. And, he said they could start the next dayâ ¦. Clint and his crew were here early and did an AWESOME job! They had to dig to tear out the old pipes, they replaced the pipes running from under the house to the street, replaced our clean outs, filled the hole and swept the porch and side yard flagstone in less than 8 hours!!! It looked better than it did when they arrived! They are definitely our go to plumbers and now when we are asked if we know a good plumber, WE DO! Mike, father and son, Clint and his crew are all people enjoyable to work with! A+++ in our book! Thank you guys for your hard work!

They called me and told me they could install a new water heater that day ! They installed it at 330 PM ! 2 guys who were Perfectionists and friendly! And they were the lowest Bidder !

The two plumbers that completed my job. Clint and Joseph were throughly professional, they were curtious and respectful, aware that they were in someones home and treated it as their own. I will hire them again

The owner is quickly responsive. He and his employees are very polite, curious, friendly and skilled. They take their time to thoroughly explain options and the processes they will complete. They arrive on time, even early, ready to begin working. They went the extra steps to make certain we were completely satisfied. The owner, Mike, goes the extra mile with his employees and customers. He is more than a business owner, he is a heart felt change agent, making a beneficial difference in the lives he interacts with. We will definately hire again anytime we have plumbing concerns!

I got an appointment sooner than I expected for the work I needed. What a relief! The owners are personable and professionial. The workers are very good. I was espcially impressed with one particular worker, Mr. Clint Eastwood (Yes, that is his real name). He patiently answered the questions I had while completeing the job with great efficiency. This guy was super thorough and fast. A true professional. If I need more work I will hire this company again and I hope Mr. Eastwood is on my job.

Overall it was a great experience. They showed up on time and did an excellent job of working with our colors and giving us a beautiful vanity and tile work in the shower. The workers and owners were courteous and efficient. I would recommend them.

I had an enjoyable experience with MRM Mechanical. They provided a free inspection and cost estimate. The owner did the inspection and thoroughly explained my plumbing problem. The technician who later came to do the work explained every thing he did and advised me of his actions when he had to leave to get another part to complete the work. No additional invoicing/cost for extra parts.. I would highly recommend them.

I was extremely satisfied with the quality of the work. The work was completed in the timeframe promised and the techs made sure I was satisfied with the work before leaving. I plan to use them for future projects.
