Luxury vinyl tile was installed for a customer's home in preparation for the sale. Order was placed and product arrived timely. Install was completed on time and quickly. Big thumbs up!!

Floorscapes service was fantastic, from sales all the way to installation! They were friendly, helpful and professional. The installers had some strange corners to install our hardwood around and I couldn't have been more pleased with how it turned out. I would highly recommend them and will purchase from them again in the future.

We really loved Nathan the sales person who came to measure the area we had tiled. He came to measure on a Sunday. He was professional and gave us a great quote. We had an issue with the installer, but Nathan quickly found a wonderful two wonderful brothers, Angel and his brother who removed our carpet and installed our tile. It looks so beautiful and a couple of our friends are going to get their tile installed with them because of the quality of their work and professionalism. We would highly recommend them and are going to use them again ourselves.

The work was excellent. As with any major project, challenges arise and we could not hope for a more responsible and integrative company! We would hire them again in heartbeat!!!!

Floorscapes located the hardwood flooring that we wanted and did a beautiful job installing it. In addition they installed porcelain tile and LVT and the kitchen backsplash. We are happy with every bit of it.

Everyone we encountered at Floorscapes was so helpful starting with Mickey M. who gladly helped with the flooring selections and pricing. Floorscapes then sent out Nathan S. to do the measurements and estimates for the 3 bedrooms of carpet we had installed. He was very patient and answered all our questions. He even discussed some other tile questions we had. When we went back to speak with Nathan on the actual order we also encountered help from Collin who jumped right in with some money saving suggestions. Ryan and Collin both took care of us. Ryan S. the General Manager took the time to come over and scheduled us with Jorge the installer. Ryan is very personable and great to work with. The carpet installer Jorge, who was suggested has many years of experience and it showed. The carpet has a directional sheen that we wanted laid a certain direction as you enter each room. He took the time to lay it out on the driveway to make sure each room was done properly. Jorge is a perfectionist, that’s who you want working in your home. For a small fee that we added at time of payment, Jorge helped with moving the furniture out of the rooms and back in after completion. He even helped with our problem bed frame. The extra fee was well worth it! We are pleased with the final product and it looks lovely. We highly recommend Floorscapes and their helpful team.

I thought it went fine but the same problem occurs agsin. I emziled Nathan 19 days ago and Lisa 5 days ago. No emails back. Hackett messages, are they still open?

Our sales person was nice enough but the execution of the work was terrible. The carpet was measured incorrectly. And we we’re moving into the property and had to delay moving and reschedule the movers and the other tradesman that we’re coming to do work on the house. The seams are showing and there are corners where carpet is totally missing. It’s a disaster. And when we complained about the inconvenience and the poor install we were told to deal with it because they didn’t charge us for the extra carpet they had to order because of their mistake. They knew we wanted to do a full kitchen remodel with them ($40k), but still refused to give us any apology let alone any discount on the total bill (over $12k) for the trouble. It was just a total disregard for our satisfaction for the work. We were unhappy with their shoddy work and basically told to deal with it.

From selection to installation and follow up we had professional and responsive sales and installation staff. I have nothing negative to say on any count!

I have been working with Floorscapes for over 15 years because they always have a great variety of products including the most current/up to date styles and they are a pleasure to work with. I always feel like I get a fair price, prompt service and personal attention

Overall, I was very happy with the service and results. We had 5 rooms and a hallway to do - a total of 1029 sq ft according to their measurement. We chose their top-of-the-line carpet that they buy in bulk (so they can pass on savings to us), along with the premium pad which extends the warranty to 35 years. There was a couple of times in the initial planning, meausuring & quote giving stage that I had to follow-up because I didn't hear from anyone, but when I did they were responsive. The work crew was professional and cleaned up after themselves well. The only thing they wanted to do where I had to stand my ground and say "no" even though they tried to talk me into it had to do with moving my large entertainment center into the middle of my kitchen, where I wouldn't have had access to anything in my kitchen for a large chunk of the day. We had piled many boxes of stuff we had to remove from shelves and off of the floor in the dining alcove (after moving our table outside and stacking our chairs) and I had left myself a card table and one chair squeezed in where I could sit and do stuff on my computer while they worked in the rest of the house - also leaving the space free to access all the appliances, cupboards, counters and sink. As I said, they were presurring me to let them fill that space with the entertainment center. They eventually got it moved outside. Three weeks later, everything is still looking good!

Our contractor had suggested Floorscapes for our master bath remodel. When we first walked into the showroom, it was a bit intimidating because of the volume of tile that they carry. We met with Colin, showed him a few pictures from the internet that we liked and he quickly gathered the samples that matched what we were looking for. He has a great eye and good suggestions. We selected subway tiles for the new shower, which usually are run horizontally. But because we have a vaulted ceiling, Colin suggested that we run the tiles vertically to enhance the height of the ceiling and he was spot on. The look is much better than horizontal. It took about two weeks for the tile to come in and were scheduled for installation after the framing and drywall crews completed their work. Arturo was the lead installer and Jesus was his assistant. These two are artists in my opinion. Their attention to detail was incredible. As the project moved along, they kept us involved every step of the way and they worked in to the evening on occasion, just to get to a good stopping place. Overall, the tile portion of the remodel exceeded our expectations and I would highly recommend Floorscapes to anyone needing tile work.

Excellent! Shopped at multiple flooring companies in the ABQ area - Floorscapes had the best selection and overall knowledge of the available carpeting and LVP flooring options. Their rep (Lee Horwitz - knowledgeable, responsive, and thorough) met with us multiple times at our house and at Floorscapes to come up with the final design (1800 sq ft house) for stripping out old carpeting and tile and replacing with new carpeting and LVP. The installer (Guadelupe) was prompt, thorough, responsive to requests, meticulous, and a real craftsman at cutting and installing everything. He worked long hours through the week and over the weekend to meet a Monday move-in deadline, and his work was perfect. Everybody walking in the front door gives rave reviews on the before/after difference - the LVP throughout the main living areas really opens up the house.

This is a good example of how you really get what you pay for. We got multiple quotes for our job, and although Floorscapes was a bit higher than some, they had exactly the wood we were looking for. We were not disappointed. Our rep, Lee, was extremely responsive and stayed in touch before, during, and after the job was done. The crew that came in was extremely punctual and professional. They made every effort to avoid disruption to out ability to still function while the job was going on, and were extremely pleasant and nice. They showed up every day exactly on time, rarely took breaks, worked very hard, and worked with us to vary their quitting time depending on our schedule. They started on Monday and were done by noon Thursday. They also did a careful job of moving our furniture in and out. They made sure everything was cleaned up before they left each night. The results were exactly what we'd hoped for! Highest possible recommendations!!!

The Floorscapes Team did a great job in installing ~1100 sq ft of engineered hardwood in our home! Mickey was so helpful in guiding us along every step of the way, in helping us choose the hardwood, helping us with baseboard options, setting up the schedule, and overseeing the installation. Roberto and Jorge did a great job in removing the old carpet and baseboard and installing the new hardwood and baseboard. They took great care in being very thorough and precise in their work – excellent workmanship, and very friendly & professional! We highly recommend Floorscapes, and will definitely use them again in the future!

Excellent. After trying one of the big box stores for this project, we finally gave up after problem after problem and very poor customer service. Floorscapes was wonderful. Reasonable price, on time, courteous workers, beautiful work. Couldn't be more pleased with the results.

Overall excellent experience. Colin was very good to partner with on selecting the products that would meet our needs. There staff, both carpet and LVP installers were timely, friendly, and took pride in their work. Care was taken during the tile removal, jackhammering, and end of each day cleanup was done. Final results exceeded our expectations. No need to shop around if you need any type of flooring just go Floorscapes.

There were no surprises, they couldn't give an exact amount seeing they didn't know what the floors would be like under the carpet. They were very helpful with flooring choices.
