Technicians were here at 0830. Started work. Removed old windows. Installed new ones. Work completed at approximately 1700.

The crew Marco & Jeremy, where here at the correct time. Did a very professional job. Excellent product. This 2nd job by Champion.

When Ron showed up to perform the estimate, he was very friendly, knowledgeable and prepared, his demonstration was amazingly informative, interesting and fun, we originally was planning on replacing only a single broken window, but then decided to get an estimate for the whole house as most windows were in need of replacement. The windows came in 2-3 weeks earlier than we had been told, they called in the afternoon wanting to do installation over the next 2 days, when I informed them I could only take one day off work, they scheduled an extra crew to ensure the work could be completed in a single day. The next day the first crew showed up at 9 AM, took 20 minutes to get tools set up then began taking out the old windows, they were very quick and efficient, the second crew showed up at 12:30 and immediately started in on the patio door, the whole crew worked straight through to 5:30 when they were finished with the installations. This is where things started to turn, they informed me the keys for the patio door couldn't be found and that they would come by on Friday with the keys (2 days later), there were also 2 spots where the stucco needed to be patched after the window installation, they informed me they would patch the stucco as well when they brought the patio door keys, they even took a small sample of the stucco that had fallen off so they could color match it, this didn't happen, after a few calls, and 2 weeks later, I finally received new keys to the patio door, even after a few reminders, and promises by them that they would be out to patch the stucco, it has yet to be performed, in my opinion the job is not yet complete, 48 days later.

Great but expensive. Only because they are so expensive but it's worth it. Excellent, they cleaned up after themselves they were very good about that because I have had them out here twice.

Incredibly smoothly. They had a crew here when they said they would be; they got straight to work and continued to work as an integrated team moving smoothly from one stage to the next. No wasted time or energy -- just steady eddy so to speak and one of the things I most appreciated was the clean talk, easy banter of men who respect each other and the homes in which they work. They thoroughly cleaned up when they left, the only think left for me to do was paint the frame! They were just top-drawer in my opinion. Not only all of the above but I got a deal that couldn't be beat since they had a door in the warehouse that someone had ordered and then did not complete the transaction/install so they were able to give me a great deal. Being a 78 year old senior citizen, I was/am so appreciative of their consideration and workmanship.

They take a lot of pride in their work. Very professional and no hidden surprises.

Salesman has disappeared but the installers and office people I talked to have been superb. The installer supervisor showed up right on time to check for lead paint; was most friendly and enjoyable to chat with. Installers (3) were on time and worked until 6pm to get a one day install. They did NOT putter around, take long breaks, or goof off; they were serious about their work and doing a professional install. The 3 of them worked well together and kept an assembly line process going, having all in place by 2pm. They worked at least as hard keeping areas clean and debris pick up as anyone could. They were meticulous about the installation, insuring the windows were plumb and secure. Cleaning of all the windows was performed to make them invisible! I had brought my wife home from the hospital late on the installation day requested they complete all bedroom and bedroom bathroom windows first so she could go to bed without any more activity in she bedroom; they instantly complied and went out of their way to assist us with her coming home. My neighbor had had some Champion windows and was pleased with his---I see why now. I simply do not know how these guys could have been better or more professional. They arrived, went right to work and finished the job with aplomb. We priced several window companies, Champion is not the cheapest nor the most expensive, but we are superbly pleased with their product, professionalism, work, and price. I'm told by Champion my neighbor will get a $100 check for his referral---hope so. TBD

10 year warrenty instead of lifetimeQuoted $12,696 (40% discount) for total replacement cost. I decided that at my age I did not want to invest that much money in a 60 year old home. Received call stating that they could replace the windows with a less expensive grade of glass for approximately $9,000 plus tax. The company web site has no mention of the existence of different glass options. I requested the NFRC (National Fenestration Rating Council) energy performance ratings for the alternate glass. I have not received that information. I was told that the alternate glass was what the company used until 2011 and would come with a 10 year warranty instead of lifetime.

Everything looked and sounded good until we saw the estimate! $19,000 for nothing more than two 8' walls and one 10' wall of insulated glass; no flooring, no roofing, no electricity! $730 per linear foot of wall. We said NEVER MIND to Champion Glass.

Do not give champion windows a check for the down payment on your windows with the undertanding it will not be deposited until the meauring person comes over. I cancelled the job and they had already deposited the down payment the next morning. I cancelled and he still tried to run the check. Thankfully my bank stopped Payment. Scheming and sneaky.

Work completed. Installers were great. Screens fit poorly (too big). Still waiting for replacement screens.

Perfect. Work was done before promised date. Quality is awesome. Installer tem was highly professional. Guarantee is best in the biz. Saved me $7000 compared to Pella.

They had to repair a few things that they installed. I am still waiting for them to fix the repair the first time they brought out the new windows. The replacement wasn’t right either and they had to reorder it again. When they ordered the replacement its taking just as long as it did for the original order. Long story short, the job is still not completely finished.

It went pretty well and quick. They are also very nice, polite and professional.
