I was really impressed by the young man that came to the house. He was friendly, professional and the work was completed without drama.

Arnold was just great making sense of what someone else had left behind. Right on time, efficient with his time and did his best to minimize my costs. These guys are coming back in the fall!

Both times I had my system checked, the guys were professional, arrived on time, called before they came so I could secure my rescued dog. They answered any questions I had and explained things I did not understand fully and completely. Great job!

The workers arrived on time, performed a very professional job servicing my A/C and for an additional fee also serviced my heater. We use them for heating and cooling. We have 4 seasons here so they get changed around during the summer and winter.

This was a big deal purchase. It turned out fine. We used them for a rental house we own so they would have called the renter and arranged the date with her. We used them both for winterizing and spring. We used them twice a year. They are a great company and they do a good job. They are professional, easy going and reasonable when purchased through Angie's. They are not that reasonable if you go through their own people.

I used the Special that Angies list advertised for someone to come out and check my furnace. I had purchased an older home and was concerned about the furnace's safety and functioning. The tech came out a couple of days after my purchase, he came during the time frame as promised, thoroughly checked the furnace, started it up, put in new filters and shut down my swamp cooler. I was very happy with his performance and explanation of all my questions, and he did not try to upsell my on anything!

Dave the Anderson Air Corps technician was very knowledgeable, skilled and professional in dealing with me/customer. He proactively solved my family's urgent need for air conditioning/heater to work. Also, Dave was efficient and easy to relate with. It turned out my work order for a tune-up of the furnace in the garage of my house was NOT the culprit. Dave quickly knew since our problem was in second floor that there must be a second unit and surely there was in the attic. My family and I will now bravely face the change of seasons - since all of us are allergy sufferers. Dave is in my book, is a business goodwill face of Anderson Air Corps! btw- your business truck graphic is awesome!!

Gabe arrived and asked me to explain what was happening. He then went to the roof and found that 1 or 2 bolts had broken and a belt was chewed up. Gabe was polite, courteous and knowledgable. What an asset to the company. I have been around for almost 70 yrs and I will now use this company. He even gave me a $50 coupon to use toward my bill.

The service man came to my house on time and did great work. He took the time to listen to me, explain what needed to be done, and made the necessary repairs. He seemed very experienced. 240The AC has now been working great this whole summer. I am very grateful to the work they have done and would recommend them highly.

This is an amazing company. They’ve done work for me before at my house & at my rental. From installing a split unit (furnace/central air) to replacing valves for radiant heating systems, they always do an excellent job. They do the job right the 1st time, every time.

I was very pleased with the personal and direct attention provided by the Service Manager, Michael. I explained the dilemma I was in and the work provided by a prior company. Michael performed an initial diagnosis, then turned the job over to a technician (Dave) and they both worked together to make the repairs promptly.

As always, Anderson techs showed up when scheduled and went to work. It took two techs about half a day. They left both the inside and outside unit areas very clean. The air conditioning now works very well.

The service went fine. The $105 Big Deal cost is all I paid. The guy who did it did not say much. I like to talk to the person and get details about everything. He really did not. He just stayed here waiting to do his job. The area they worked in was clean when they left.
