These guys know everything and have a strong background working with military members. They helped me get a buyer for my house in only 2 months on the market. They stay in constant contact and I felt that finding a buyer for my house and doing all the pesky paperwork are their top priorities. I would recommend their services to anyone.
After finding a potential buyer, Assist 2 Sell coordinated the building inspection. My house had damage done to the main sewer line running from the house and I was expecting major expenses to fix the issue and perhaps several more months on the market. But, the folks at Assist 2 Sell stayed in contact with the buyer and me during the repairs and we are now in the process of closing the deal.

When services fell flat, we requested to cancel the listing agreement and were willing to pay a $300 advertising fee to do so. Agent changed original contract to stipulate a conditional release stating we could cancel listing but if we sold the house with another agent before June 2010 we would owe Assist 2 Sell agent full commission. This forced us to remain in contract with the agency. Services were lousy, no contact, we had to do the agent's job for her and do it from a state away. As a final insult, she wanted us to hire the same individual to do repair work that did the home inspection. This individual was going to charge over $2000 for fixes we were able to get done for $500. Highly unethical, lazy, unprofessional agent. What's stunning is she thinks she did a great job.
