Description of Work: My old boiler was on the verge of failure. I had called Hofmesiter in August for an estimate. Wasn't sure if I could even get someone to come see the unit with the weather being so cold but Fabio called me right backind and was at my house a few hours later. They honored the original quote from August and scheduled my new new boiler install for Saturday at 6:30. I called on Thursday afternoon. Fabio and his crew were terrific. Explained each step of the process. I can't say enough about them. Took out the old boiler and installed a new one with all new pipes in one day. Oh, and while some other companies had charged to do an estimate Hofmeisterm did it for free. Make sure you ask for Fabio!

Description of Work: They installed a new air conditioning system. We have a very old house and they figured out a system with several small units tucked away in eaves, each reaching a certain area of the house. Allen returned my initial call promplptly, he showed up as scheduled for the estimate and delivered just as promised: on time and within budget. Very little mess in the house, hard working and competent crew. Would definitely use them again. Highly recommend.

Description of Work: Ersin finished putting in a new toilet for us after we had a mishap trying to do it ourselves. The repairs required putting in a new shutoff valve as well. A few days later he returned to cut out an old house trap in the sewer line, replaced it with a new cleanout, and snaked with the root-cutter head all the way to the street to resolve an ongoing problem. His work was very neat, and he was very nice with our 5-year-old, letting him play 'assistant' which made him very happy. Competitors' estimates to do the jobs were several hundred dollars higher.

I had a leak in my dining room ceiling, I called and a few hours later they showed up, quickly assessed the problem as being a leaking toilet water tank in e bathroom above. The valve was shut down stopping the leaking. The following day they came and installed a new toilet. Very satisfied.
